Today is the day she promises to get me out of here, I can't wait to be free.
Just then a knock gave in, I opened the door,  I couldn't hold back my joy seeing her.

Take this she said handing me over a piece of paper to me.

I looked through it.

That address belongs to my old nanny, Go to that address and tell her you are a friend of mine, she will take you to a place where Daniel can't find you, Lizzy said.

Thank you I said and hugged her.

Have you arranged the things you need?

Yes, I said.

Fine, we have to wait till my brother and his girlfriend leave tonight.

For now, I'll go keep watch, once they leave I'll give you a signal.

Okay, I said as she walked out of my room.

I waited hours and finally heard her whistle, that was our signal, I could leave this place. I carried my bags and tiptoed out of the room and shut the door slowly without making a sound. I tiptoed down the stairs, I met her standing beside the door.

I'm going to miss you she said and hugged me.

Me too, I said in tears.

I won't,  I said and opened the door to leave when we heard a loud crash from the kitchen.

What the hell, we heard Hunter approaching.

Go I'll hold him off, Lizzy said as I went outside.

As they went outside, Hunter appeared behind me.

Why was the door left open, he said going to close it when I blocked him, I could still see her in sight, if he went any closer he would know what was happening and report it to my bro.

You are behaving funny tonight, Why are you blocking my path, he said as he moved me aside.

I need to act fast before he finds out, just then an Idea pops in, I need to do this I thought and pulled him into a kiss.

He pushed me away from him.

I slapped him and ran back to my room, In my room I couldn't stop the tears from gathering in my eyes, so all this while was just my wishful thinking, I thought he liked me but I was delusional. I am a fool for thinking he will like someone like me.

Lizzy get down here, I heard my brother shout my name in anger. I walked down the stairs, Veronica, Hunter, and Daniel were all standing waiting for my arrival. I could see him rage in anger as he stood there.
