Nine and Rusty Rose's Adventure

Act 1: Siblings

Nine and Rusty were chilling together and gaming to pass the time. True ever since the Chaos Council took over things had been hectic, but that isn't an excuse not to take things easy and partake in some friendly and fun activities.

Nine: "Nothing like taking a load off wouldn't you say Rusty."

Rusty, who'd managed to beat Nine in the first round sent the fox into a complete shock.

Rusty: "I guess you could say that Nine."

Nine was a little flustered seeing Rusty knock him down several pegs in the game. This was agonizing and he knew he needed to change some things before she mangled his score. As he continue to witness this Rusty was doing a lot of damage in the game, he could help but feel a little pride seeing her handle things pretty well.

Nine: "I wasn't aware you'd be this good."

The cybernetic hedgehog only smirked. 

Rusty: "Ah well, I guess that's one of the advantages of being a cybernetic being."

Nine: "Oh yeah. You have a point right there."

Rusty: "And you've lost your point right there."

Nine: "Oh shoot."

Nine wasn't going to let his friend beat him again. The fox was determined to win this next round. As nine continued to strategize and figure out how to gain the upper hand, Rusty couldn't help but smirk at the poor fox's struggle.

Rusty's pov: "My poor brother struggling against my skills, how cathartic."

Nine was becoming a madman just seeing his sister knock the floor with him.

Nine's pov: "This girl must have the game hacked. There's no way I could be loosing my touch this badly. Yeah, she totally must've hacked this game."

Several hours later Rusty had beaten Nine so badly that the fox couldn't fathom this revelation. All his moves were no match for the cybernetic hedgehog. Rusty couldn't help but chuckle at how she made a circus out of Nine's strategies and brilliance.

 Rusty: "I'm going to make a few adjustments on my hands."

Nine: "You do that."

As Rusty went to her room, Nine resumed the game and began to build up his scores again.

Nine's pov: "I refuse to let my efforts go to waste."

In three hours, the fox was on the brink of completing his task on rebuild his high score when Rusty came in to check on him.

Rusty: "Goodness nine, you've been spending a lot of time on that game. I mean it's good your rebuilding your score but don't you think you need a break."

Nine: "Nah Rusty, I'm doing quite fine."

Rusty then notice that Nine was getting ambushed by all sorts of projectiles. After witnessing this and see him frantically moving the controls, Rusty's sisterly senses kicked in and she guided Nine throughout the stage and gave out some methods on how to bypass the complex parkour levels. In a small matter of time Nine's score was higher than ever.

Nine: "Thanks for the save Rusty. I had no idea what I would've done if I had lost all my progress. I'd have most likely been stuck here all day."

Rusty: "All day wouldn't have been the half of it."

After all was said and done Nine decided to treat Rusty and himself to some pizza and cheesecake.

Nine: "It's been a long time since I've enjoyed some cheesecake."

Rusty: "Weelll, with the Chaos Council confiscating food and making all those contraband cases, I can see where you are coming from."

Nine: "I can't help but wonder what the outcome will be when the Chaos Council is defeated."

Rusty: "Whatever happens we will rise on top."

Nine and Rusty did a fist bump and then gave each other a brother and sister hug.
