Jongho sighed as he walked downstairs.
He is mentally prepared to ask San about coming to Christmas eve dinner at Wooyoung's, and he is prepared for any type of reaction.
No matter what he says, Jongho was pretty sure he would say no.
"Hey.." Jongho mumbled as San sat on tv with kitchen nightmares playing on tv for some background noise.
San looked up and hummed, nodding his head as their parents were away probably to do grocery shopping.
Jongho sat down next to him and looked at the show a bit, laughing when Gordon Ramsay said "Of course you cannot microwave a salad, you dumb donut!"
"Since when do you watch kitchen nightmares?" San asked.
Jongho turned to look at him and shrugged. "You remember we used to watch it together when we were younger."
San nodded, letting out a small 'ah' and smiled as he remembered.
Jongho remembered the times when they were younger and played games or football outside, and he actually realized how much time has passed from the last time they spent time together.
Jongho kinda missed it, and he realized how much everything has changed ever since he got friends with those football gang and didn't spend time with his family at all.
"San, I wanted to ask you about something." Jongho cleared his throat and spoke up.
San hummed as he kept watching tv without a care. Jongho shifted and looked at him.
"Can I..maybe come with you to celebrate Christmas eve with your friends?" Jongho gulped.
San was quiet for a few moments before he turned to look at Jongho with his eyebrows furrowed before he looked to tv again.
"How come you want to go with us? You never asked about this, and where are even your friends?" He asked.
Jongho shrugged. "They are all busy and spending their with family or lovers."
San shrugged after a few seconds of silence. "They said to bring anyone we want, so I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't mind."
Jongho cheered in his mind. He is going to spend Christmas with Yeosang! This Christmas is definitely going to be the best one!
He smiled. "Okay. Thanks."
San smiled back at him, nodding his head even if he was a bit skeptical.
He did hear a bit of Jongho's conversation, but he wasn't sure who was he talking to last night. San was pretty sure Jongho had a lover.
San suddenly leaned over and took playstation controller that was under the table, making Jongho confused.
"Hey, you remember when we used to play Mortal Kombat when we were younger?" San asked.
Jongho took a few moments to remember before he let out a small 'ahh' as he remember the fights they knew to have as kids whenever someone won.
"How could I forget about it?" Jongho chuckled,
San smiled as he shook the game console. "Then, are you up for a few rounds of it?"
Jongho smirked before he also took the gaming console and looked at San as the male smiled and got the game started.
"Bring it on then."
Oh God, Jongho definitely missed spending time with his brother.
