Chloe and Beca arrived at Barden University, they were so excited to start college and forget about what ever happened in high school. Chloe glanced over at Beca and squealed "I can't believe we're finally here Beca!" She got out of the cab and Beca followed her out "I know isn't this amazing!" Beca said sounding just as excited. Chloe grabbed her bags and also Beca's bags "come on let's go find our dorms" she smiled softly at Beca before handing her, her bag and leading Beca to their dorm. Beca walked behind Chloe and held her bag that carried her computer and electronics carefully. Once they got to the dorm Chloe walked in and looked back to see Beca wasn't there. Chloe stuck her head out of the room and saw Beca half way down the hall still "hurry up slow poke" Chloe smiled and walked over to the bed closest to the window and began unpacking. "A little help would be nice" Beca said as she walked into the room smiling holding a few bags. Chloe laughed and grabbed one from her and set it on her bed "well you shouldn't have over packed little one" Beca glanced at Chloe and over dramatically gasped "I am not little and I did not over pack" she smiled and set the other two bags beside the other one. "Says the one who is 5 feet tall" Chloe laughed and put her clothes in the closet. "I'm actually 5 feet tall and 2 inches and you're not that much taller than me Beale" she said smirking and did the same as Chloe "oh whatever Mitchell at least I'm still taller than you" Chloe said giggling and finished packing then turned around and looked at beca "need help?" Chloe said walking towards Beca. "yes that would be great" Beca smiled and Chloe unpacked Becas clothes as Beca set up her computer. After they were done Chloe sat on her bed and Beca sat on hers. They faced each other with there legs crossed "are you scared?" Chloe asked looking down at her hands "scared of what" Beca said staring at Chloe confused. "um college" Chloe said looking out of the window at everyone outside "no why are you.. you were so excited not that long ago and you've been waiting for this for a long time" Beca got up and walked over to Chloe's bed sitting beside her "I mean what if it's worse than high school bec I don't want it to be... do you remember" Chloe paused for a minute she felt her eyes filling with water and wiped them quickly "I don't want you to get hurt again. I don't want to watch you go through the same thing over and over again it killed me and I was so relieved when you started getting better and being able to see you smile again but what if people are just as cruel and I can't to anything about it" chloe was now crying and her eyes were getting puffy. Beca hugged her tightly and didn't let go she also began to tear up but she wasn't crying like Chloe was, she glanced at Chloe and wiped her tears with one hand keeping the other rapped around her. "Chloe..." Beca paused to quickly wipe Chloe's tears again "please stop crying you're going to make me cry. I'm sure it's different everyone's older and more mature now okay and I promise if things get bad again I won't do anything that would hurt me like last time I'll come to you first, you always seem to calm me down... Look Chlo" Chloe was avoiding eye contact with Beca because she always kept her guard up around Beca when it came to this topic because she didn't want Beca to feel worse than she did so she felt ashamed and mad at herself for even bringing it up. "Chloe look at me please" Beca let go of her and held both of her hands "please" Beca said again. Chloe looked up at her for a second and then she looked away again. Beca put her hand under Chloe's chin and lifted it softly so she was looking at her "I won't do it again I promise I care about you way to much to put you through the pain I put you through and I'm sorry I was so oblivious to your feeling I had no clue how sad you were when I tried to take my own life and I'm serious when I say I won't do it again" Beca hugged Chloe and Chloe hugged back "love you bec" she said quietly as they pulled away "love you too Chlo" Beca smiled "how about we get some ice cream and watch movies... even though I hate them but I'll make an exception tonight and then let's call it a night" Beca continued and got up grabbing her computer. Chloe smiled and nodded wiping her remaining tears away "I'd love that" she said.
