━━━━━━━━━━ You are sitting with Elena and Bonnie at the grill with a drink each and a bowl of chips which the three girls are picking at slowly.

"I think I'm going crazy. I'm totally paranoid all the time" Elena says with a sigh

"You have a right to be. Klaus is sill out there, and he knows you guys tried to kill him" Bonnie says making you lean back

"Then why hasn't he made a move? There's been no sign of him, nothing" you ask her confused

"Just my slow spiral into insanity" Elena adds on

"Join the club. Every time I close my eyes, I have that nightmare on repeat" Bonnie says to them

"The same dream?" you ask her

"Yeah. 5 coffins. Klaus is in one of them. It's weird" Bonnie says with a shake of her head

"What if it's not just... Some dream? What if it's, like, you know, a witch dream?" Elena ask her nervously

"It's just stress. I'll figure it out. What about Stefan?" Bonnie asks her

"He betrayed us, Bonnie. The Stefan that we know is gone" Elena says looking down

"How is Damon handling that?" Bonnie asks you

"Damon is... Damon" you say looking at your boyfriend who is sitting at the bar with Alaric "Drinking, drinking and more drinking"

There are different bottles sitting on the bar around Damon while Alaric is next to him grading papers.

"Uh, you have your choice of Bloody Mary, screwdriver. Brunch in a bottle" Damon says to Alaric

Damon takes a sip of the alcohol and then a sip of orange juice from the jar.

"Come on, Ric. I can't drink all this by myself. I mean, I can, but then somebody's getting naked" Damon says looking back at you

"Do not force her into anything" Alaric says to him with a serious face

"I don't force her to do anything" Damon says taking another sip of a different drink "She's the one who insists on it half the time"

"Okay, i don't need to know the details" Alaric says stopping him

"Oh, man. I can't believe you're making me drink alone" Damon says with a groan

"I'm busy" Alaric says looking back at the papers

"It's the eve of Klaus-ageddon. You're doing homework?" Damon asks him

"This may come as a shock, but I am not here to hang out with you. I'm here to see Jeremy, who is an hour late for his shift" Alaric tells him with a sigh
