"He might have saved you, yes."

The sentance rang aloud in my head. I was still confused. "So Asmodeus saved me from Kiriwo? I asked, he nodded in return. I went silent, finally grabbing a plate to start dinner. I then slowly ate, thinking it over. Opera then broke the silence. "I don't know how much he knows, nor if he was awake, so you shouldn't ask him about it." I nodded confirmingly. "I won't."

We ate the rest of our food in silence before I decided to finish the homework. However, before I could manage to pack my bags I fell asleep on the desk. The next morning I woke up, my bird alarm screaming.

I slowly woke up again, and slid of the bed. I then rubbed my eyes and stared around in confusion.

Huh? Why am I in bed? And why is my bird screaming again..? Doesn't that mean its the next day? Wait! Its monday today!

I waved good morning to my demon bird in a rush before looking over to my bag, wich was now gone. In a confusion and a panick I took a shower, brushed my teeth and got ready. I then sprinted out the room, to try and search for Opera. He always knows what's going on, I just don't like when he keeps it a secret.

I ran into the living room, Opera staring up at me. "Goodmorning, you're even earlier than usual today." "Good morning, Opera!" I rambled back.

He saw me rushing and set me down at the table, getting me a weird looking drink and giving me a few pills with it. I was about to ask why, but remembered it was monday again. Every Monday I would get pills now.

I took the pills and swallowed them, Opera looked at me as I did so. "Have you noticed any side effects from the pills by the way?" He asked, I shook my head. "Nothing yet."

"By the by, you fell asleep on your desk yesterday. I carried you to bed. I also already made your bag for you, with a few extra snacks for you." He said in his normal monotone voice. I nodded. "Thanks Opera!" And smiled at him. Then someone who I didn't think would appear suddenly appeared.

He didn't have any hair except his moustache. He looked old, cranky but overly happy too. I looked at him, my eyes lit up. "Grandpa, youre back!" He nodded happily, standing at my side while giving me hugs.

"Yes, yes, I'm finally back home!" He laughed, a big smile plastered on his face. He wouldn't stop hugging, even when I pushed him away. "Grandpa.. im fine! Let go of me!" I begged.

Opera then stared daggers into grandpa's eyes. "Sit down." Opera demanded, and so he then swiftly sat down next to me. I smiled at Opera as a thank you. A while later Opera went to the kitchen and came with the food.

He then did something I didn't think he would do. He sat down next to me too, on the other side as grandpa was sitting. This was nothing like him at all. Is he worried for me?

He grabbed a plate, me and grandpa both watched him curiously. Grandpa then whispered in my ear. "I think he's lonely." I nodded vigerously. "Yeah, or hes worried." I added, my grandpa also nodding.

"I can hear you two you know." Opera then said, making us stop talking about him. "Sorry." I said. "But you're being a little different today. It suprised us." I said, grandpa again, nodding.

Opera ate his food, seeming to ignore us, so I began whispering again. "I think he's mad." Grandpa shook his head. "No hes probably just annoyed." Grandpa added. "He isn't stopping us from whispering anymore." I added, grandpa nodded accordingly. "I think we either broke him or hes just accepted it now." I giggled. "Should we restart him?" Grandpa laughed silently.

"You two should eat, you both have much work to do, so stop wasting time." Opera said. Yep, he was probably anoyed and done with us two.

Not much after annoying Opera I finished my food, so I stood up and grabbed my bag. I could hear Azz yelling from outside, so I waved, thanked Opera for the food and left the house. It was monday, today was school again.
