Mercury: Okay, this is where we unleash the bait on (Y/N), and then the Chain Chomps will pursue him!
Emerald: Okay, let's hope this doesn't backfire like everything else before.
And then you noticed something was up, and let Bowser pass.

The two just gulped as you crossed the finish line first.
