Madeline Bergman!

As you guys returned to the main lobby, the silhouette of a GF Trooper walked into the Sector 1 elevator. 

(Y/N): Look! 

Ruby: Is that the Deleter? 

Samus: It has to be. Let's go. 

With that... 

You guys arrived in Sector 1, and followed the Trooper into what seemed to be a Bioweapon Research Center. 

(Y/N): What is this? 

Weiss: It has to be t- Huh?! 

The survivor from before appeared. 

Survivor: EEE! 

(Y/N): Hey! We're not going to hurt you. 

Ruby: Yeah, we're adventurers, hunters, and well Samus is a Bounty Hunter. 

Samus: Ruby is right. Who are you? 

Survivor: M-Madeline ... Bergman. 

(Y/N): You're Madeline Bergman? 

Madeline brings you all to a computer and begins to talk. 

Madeline: Behind closed doors, the Galactic Federation was trying to create a special forces unit composed of bioweapons. In order to make it happen, they were attempting to create an organization modeled after the Space Pirates, with the Zebesians at the center. But, because of a certain... presence, the life forms became ferocious. We were no longer able to control them.

Blake: So, you sent out that distress signal, even though it threatened your life? 

Madeline: I had to. I felt there was a real danger here. That if left as is, the Zebesians would continue to evolve and resurrect as real Space Pirates. And there's an even more dangerous plan. 

Ruby: What's that? 

She showed the computer and-

Metroid Militarization Plan

(PMW: Project Metroid Warriors)

Concerning the feasibility of Metroids as military bioweapons.

Samus: WHAT?! 

(Y/N): But the Metroids are dead! They were destroyed along with Zebes! 

Madeline: You're (Y/N) (L/N), Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, and Samus Aran, the ones responsible for the destruction of Zebes. There were Metroid remnants attached to your suit when you returned, Samus. 

Everyone: SAY WHAT?! 

Madeline: They were reproduced from a piece of cell structure salvaged by the Federation, and they are in this facility.

(Y/N): So, that's how you also cloned Ridley. 

Madeline: At first no one thought that the creature was Ridley. They didn't think it had potential as a bioweapon at all. They raised it like a pet, calling it "little birdie." Until one day, it attacked one of the researchers and got away. Ridley had played dead and lured the scientist into his cage. What was left... It was a horrible sight. 

Samus: But in order to control Metroids, you need Mother Brain's telepathy. You don't... You didn't re-create a Mother Brain clone, did you?

Ruby: Not that thing again! She was horrible! 

Madeline: It's artificial intelligence. We developed an AI program that would reproduce Mother Brain's thought processes. We call it "MB." 

Weiss: So, it's not Mother Brain herself. 

Madeline: MB evolved as it communicated with the Metroids. It appears as though it began to become self-aware... much like the original Mother Brain. It's really quite remarkable...

Samus: Where are the Metroids and MB?

Madeline typed something on her keyboard, and  new screen came up. 

Madeline: They're in an area called Sector Zero. It's a unit that doesn't appear in any of our map data. It's a place like Tourian, where we propagate and raise Metroids.

(Y/N): Thanks, Madeline. 

Ruby: So, now we just have to blow it up, right? 

Samus: That's right. 

Blake: Don't worry, we'll tell the Commanding Officer about you, and you'll be fine. 

Madeline: Is that Adam Malkovich? 

Everyone: WHAT?! 

She showed you guys what seemed to be a report on weaponizing the Metroids, and there was the author, Adam Malkovich, written at the end.
