Ruby landed hard on the ground.

She was then whacked on the head!
Popple: Hmm ... it's the red-hooded girl. Then her buddies must be around here somewhere. Well, in that case- ROOKIE! TIE HER UP!

Ruby was unconscious and tied up to a pole.
Yang: Hang on Ruby!
Yang broke the ropes tying her up.
Blake: Ruby? Are you okay?
Penny: She needs CPR! Hang on.
She put her hands on her.
Penny: CLEAR!
But Ruby woke up!
Ruby: NO! NO CPR!!!
Everyone: RUBY!
You all hugged her!
