The group watch as Sokka tries on a bag Katara is obviously bored of his indecisiveness "It's really pretty Sokka I think you should get it"
Sokka turns as he looks at the bag in the mirror "It's pricey though ... but I really do like it"
"Then you should get it, you deserve something nice"
Sokka turns and nods looking at himself again as Katara and Hope watch "I do, don't I? But no, it's too expensive, I shouldn't"
Sokka takes it off and puts it back down on the table "All right, then don't"
Katara and Hope begin walking away making Aang quickly get up and follow them while Sokka looks at the bag longingly "You know what? I'm gonna get it"
Sokka runs back down the street as the trio wait for him and as they do a boy comes over with a flyer "Psst, psst! Hey, you kids love earthbending? You like...throwing rocks? Then check out Master Yu's Earthbending Academy"
He passes the flyer to Aang and Katara and Hope look at it over his shoulder as he flips it over "Look! There's a coupon on the back! The first lesson is free"
Hope smiles as she feeds Momo some food "It could be a start to you mastering earth bending"
Momo jumps onto her shoulder as Katara speaks up "This Master Yu could be the earthbending teacher you've been looking for"
Sokka comes back over now supporting a green bag on his shoulder "What's this?"
"Aang is going to go try an earthending lesson"
Sokka was definitely more interested in his bag than what they had to say "Let's go a lesson starts in ten minutes" Hope says and they all start their journey to the lessons.
They leave Aang as the earthbending lessons and Sokka Katara and Hope start walking around the town looking at all the items. Hope has a lot of money from her father she had only been spending it on food and they hunted at their own food a lot.
Katara walks over to her and falls into steps "Hey, I just wanted to check on you"
Hope forces a friendly smile as they continue their walk "I'm fine Katara it's just been a long few days"
Katara didn't believe her at all she could even tell that the smile was forced "What happened in the swamp? You said you didn't have any illusions even when all of us did, and then that man practically jumped out of the vines against his will"
