On the edge of Vale we see the relatively well known academy known as Signal. Going through its main corridor and through a set of doors we come to the cafeteria. Near the back a female rabbit Faunus can be seen cornered by a three boys.
Boy1: "Where you off to rabbit?"
Her rabbit ears lower in fear.
Rabbit: "I-I'm just getting m-my lunch."
Boy2: "That stuff's bad for you."
He smacks her tray onto the ground, spilling all of her food.
Boy3: "An animal shouldn't eat human food. Could make them real sick."
Rabbit: "Come on guys. I've stayed out of your way all year."
Boy1: "And that's the problem. Now we have to make up for lost time."
He reaches for her rabbit ears, making her flinch. But the boy's wrist is grabbed. Turning his gaze to the side he sees the infamous Dragon of Signal Academy.

Yang: "Leave her alone."
Boy1: "Or what blondie? You gonna beat us to a bloody pulp?"
Yang: "Don't give me any ideas."
He attempts a left hook. Yang however slams her elbow into the boy's nose, severely breaking it. He bellows in pain holding his profusely bleeding nose. He then eyes Yang with furry clouding his eyes.
Boy1: "Get her."
His goons rush at Yang. Goon one attempts a right hook, only for it to be caught. With no hesitation she brings her elbow down, shattering his arm. He screams in pain. Yang shuts him up with a chop to the throat. He drops to the floor holding his throat while releasing only raspy gurgles.
Meanwhile goon two manages to wrap his arms around Yang, trapping her arms. Not giving up she brings her head back. It crashes into the goon's face, loosening his grip. Yang breaks free allowing her to send her steel toed boot into the goon's not so happy place. He screams like a school girl while holding his tool and falling onto his side.
Boy1: "Left your-"
She simply brings her elbow back. It crashes into boy's face knocking out several teeth. He lands on his butt and goes wide eyed seeing his teeth. He then eyes Yang.
Boy1: "U uckin bitsh!!"
Yang: "Serves you right."
She looks at the rabbit girl who shows slight fear.
Yang: "They ever bother you again, come find me."
She shyly nods. But at that moment a teacher barges into the cafeteria. She eyes the bloody boys then Yang.
Teacher: "Not again."
*timeskip*
In the principal's office we see Yang sitting in a chair with her arms crossed and an annoyed look on her face. Just then the principal finally speaks.
Principal: "Care to explain why you beat those boys up?"
Yang: "You got cameras don't you? Look for yourself."
The principal sighs taking off his glasses.
Principal: "Look Yang. I know home isn't too good. But if there's something bothering you, we have therapists who can help. All you gotta do is-"
She stands up making the principal shut up.
Yang: "I don't need help. I've been just fine."
Principal: "Partaking in fights is not fine."
Yang: "Then do a better job in maintaining order."
She walks out of the principal's office and heads home.
