3rd POV
After a couple hours we see Yang now sitting at the base of the tree with a hole in it. She looks at her knuckles which are beet red and have small cuts that slightly bleed. Lowering her fists she leans back laying her head on the tree. She then closes her eyes, listening to the sounds of nature.
Voice: "Feel better?"
Yang opens her eyes and looks to the side seeing her baby sister.
Yang: "Somewhat."
Ruby takes a seat next to her.
Ruby: "Rough day?"
Yang: "Yeah."
Ruby: "How many this time?"
Yang: "Three."
Ruby: "Broken bones?"
Yang: "Nose and teeth."
Ruby: "They decide a punishment?"
Yang: "Probably just tell me off again."
Ruby: "It's nothing short of a miracle that they haven't expelled you yet."
Yang: "I know. But then again the last today is tomorrow. So they're probably just trying to make me someone else's problem."
Ruby: "True."
There's a couple seconds of silence.
Ruby: "So you ready to go back?"
Yang: "Yeah."
Hopping onto her motorcycle they arrive back at their home. The next day Yang and Ruby wait outside for the airship to arrive. When it does they begin loading up.
Raven: "Be safe."
Ruby: "We will."
She enters the airship. Yang and Raven meanwhile look at each other.
Raven: "Take care of yourself."
Yang: "I will."
She soon wraps her mother in a hug.
Yang: "I'm gonna miss you."
Raven smiles returning her daughter's hug.
Raven: "I'm gonna miss you more."
Yang breaks the hug and slings her bag over her shoulder before pushing bumblebee into the airship. Closing its door it soon takes off to its destination.
Yang: "You nervous about joining Beacon?"
Ruby: "Nope. I've trained really hard. And I think I'm moderately prepared for whatever it throws at me."
Yang smiles.
Voice: "Hello and welcome to Beacon."
The two sisters turn around spotting the hologram of an older blonde haired woman.
Glynda: "My name is Glynda Goodwitch. And all of you have been personally selected to attend this fabulous academy. Our world may be in a time of peace, but it's still your duty as aspiring Hunters to maintain that peace. You've demonstrated the courage, now we must provide the training to aid you in keeping this world safe."
As her hologram disappears the door to the airship opens. Yang and Ruby exit looking at the majestic Beacon Academy.
Ruby: "Vale's got nothing on this place."
Yang: "Nope."
Ruby: "So any idea where to go?"
Yang: "Video said all first years are to head to the auditorium. So you should start making your way there.
Ruby: "You not joining me?"
Yang: "I gotta put bumblebee up. But I'll join you the second I'm finished."
She leaves. After a couple minutes she arrives at the storage units. Opening her designated one she pushes bumblebee in. Now properly stored she heads to the front desk to get a lock. But upon arriving she finds no one at the desk.
Yang: "Seriously?"
She rings the bell. After a couple seconds she rings it again. Ringing it several more times she sighs in slight annoyance.
Yang: "Where the heck is this person?"
Voice: "Need help?"
Yang turns seeing a girl who's a clear fan purple.
Yang: "Yeah."
The unknown girl walks past Yang and behind the counter. Pulling a box into view she effortlessly picks the lock.
???: "What's your unit number?"
Yang: "503."
The unknown girl smiles holding out a lock and key.
???: "Here you are."
Yang: "Thanks."
She grabs the lock and key.
Yang: "Who exactly are you?"
???: "Just a fellow student."
Putting the box away the unknown girl walks out from behind the counter.
???: "Be seeing you around."
She exits, leaving Yang alone.
Yang: "Yeah."
