1.Ash's Story (Part 2: Johto)

Chapter 43

When we are heading to the place where Marina is, we meet a familiar face. "Ritchie! It is been a while."

"Same here. I can't believe I will meet you here. So are these your new travel companions?"

After the introduction of Reisa, East, Ethan, and Kris, Lillie asks, "So why are you here?"

"Oh, I heard that there is a mystery Pokemon nearby. I wanted to check it out." Ritchie says.

"What a coincidence, we are going to see the mystery Pokemon as well." I say.

Then we all go inside the Whirl Islands together, and after arriving at the third basement, we see Sakura and the Kimono dancers there waiting for us.

"You guys are so slow." Sakura says.

"Sorry, but I guess you're here to watch Lugia as well?" I ask.

"You bet." She smiles.

Zuki says, "This is where we welcome Lugia. When the dance we practiced many days becomes one with the sound of the Tidal Bell we entrusted with you, then Lugia shall come out from deep within the waterfall basin once again!"

Ritchie asks about the ritual, and we decide to explain everything to him, and he is in awe. Then I shake the Tidal Bell, and they start to dance to the ringing sound.

"Now look at the rocks over there!" East says as we notice the bells on the rocks are ringing with the rhythm. Then much to our surprise, from the waterfall in front of us, a Lugia just comes out and flies in front of us.

"Lugia!" We gasp in awe.

"That is indeed Lugia... The guardian of these islands from ancient times... So many have tried again and again, only to fail... Ash, your heart in complete harmony with the Tidal Bell has finally allowed it to appear..."

But much to our surprise, Lugia is attacked by water missiles. As they get back on shore, they are attacked by water missiles.

"Who goes there?" Lillie yells angrily. Then two people with a submarine come.

"Hey, its Cassidy and Botch!" I say.

"I told you my name is Butch!"

Cassidy says, "Too bad that we will take this Lugia."

Then the idiot trio also arrive and they're also after the Lugia, but they are blasted off by the other two. Lugia is also taken by those two.

"We have to save that Lugia!" Sakura says.

Then we decide to find where Team Rocket is heading with Lugia. We scout around the area and find nothing. "Maybe Team Rocket is likely still in the area." Ritchie says.

"But where will they hide?" Kris asks.

As we are about to give up, we find the idiot trio's submarine and follow them, we find the base and see Cassidy and Butch in front of us.

"You sure keep us waiting." Cassidy says as she and Butch send out Houndour and Hitmontop. Ritchie goes for Sparky and Sakura goes for Espeon to battle them. But they are all captured in the cage.

"Now what do we have here?" We see another person arrive with Lugia in the cage. Ritchie says, "It's Dr. Nimba!"

"It is Namba." He yells.

I say, "I know Dr. Namba, he's also one of the scientists working for Team Rocket..." I mutter.

They try to control Lugia to attack us, but I have Ho-Oh's help to save Lugia, and we also inform Mom and the International Police, capturing them in the end. After we're done, Lugia joins our team, giving us the final Pokemon to capture in the Johto Region.
