Cesar was in so much pain. He couldn't describe how much pain he was in. Cesar screamed so much he could barely talk.

"Did I say we were done yet? I told you what happened to rule breakers!" 

Mark took out the gun, which already had the glass vile of Zydrate 

In it, ready to go off. "Mr Cesar Torres is addicted to the knife." Cesar's raspy voice responded with "Addicted.. to the knife..?" 

"And addicted to the knife he needs a little help with the agony. And a little help comes in a little glass vial in a gun pressed against her anatomy."

 Mark put the gun right up against Cesar's chest with a sadistic grin. 

"And when the gun goes off Mr Torres is ready for surgery.. surgery." Mark pulled the trigger, injecting Zydrate into Mark's chest.

 Cesar passed out, after feeling a sort of numbness yet also horrible pain.
