Yoriichi pov

Cmon, where are you?

I was running through the woods after my crow. It was flying at a fast pace. Tamayo was a bit far behind.

Then, the scent of my brother hit me.

I ran quicker, following my sharp nose. I heard tamayo quicken up as well.

As the scent grew stronger, I hoped he was still alive.

Then, I saw a tuft of his hair peeking out from behind a tree.

I stopped suddenly, turning and jogging over to him.

I skid down and put my hand on his unconscious shoulder. His nose had some dried blood and the back of his hand was covered in the same crunchy texture.

His breathing was raspy. I searched his internals for any major injuries.

"TAMAYO! HELP!" I called out.

She dashed over from where she was standing.

"What's the issue?" She asked

"He's got a punctured lung. We need to bring him back quickly." I said, lifting him up and slung his limp arm around my shoulder.

"Yes, Tsugikuni ~san. Shall I crow the doctor? " she asked.

I nodded and walked as quickly as I could.

She was writing and passed a note to my crow.

Then, she helped me carry Michikatsu.

He, and I, were a lot taller than her so it wasn't doing much except evening out the weight a bit.

We limped back as quick as humanly possible

Muzan pov

I watched as the damned demon slayer and demon removed my michikatsu and brought him back through the woods.

How I hate them. Hate hate hate them.

But I had a plan. A second plan.

I knew yoriichi had a wife, and a pregnant one. I've Eaton many pregnant women over my lifetime. They are by far the most nutritious. Two life forms for he price of one. It's amazing

I'm hungry at the thought of it.

But the only way I can get that nutrition is by beating them home.

So that's what I did.

I jumped through trees and raced ahead of them. I was far ahead and saw houses line the edge of the forest come closer.

As the forest came to an end, I used rooftops.

Scaling across them to his house.

Then I landed on the rooftop. I could hear talking between two women below me. More food than I thought.

I jumped down though the roof landing in a bedroom where the two ladies where talking.

They both screamed and looked at me in shock.

The pregnant one pushed up on the bed and stood on the floor.

The non pregnant one looked scared and looked around quickly. She saw one of yoriichis old swords and picked it up, unsheathing it and holding it to me.
