RIPPLES OF FATE

Note: Do you guys remember when I said that there will be characters that were shown in the game version but not in the Anime? Well two of them appear in this chapter. One of them being a gym leader in Galar and the other is a protagonist from a game . Also, I don't know the protagonist's official pokemon team so the pokemon that they'll bring is just my opinion.

Dear Leah, these past two days, we were journeying around the Hoenn region, Eclipse and Solar's home. The first day, we were at the Battle Frontier Flute Cup, at first, we were there to just cheer on Ash and Goh but apparently, Charles decided to sign up for the competition. I wonder if that was his plan all along? In the end, he was not only able to pass through the semi-finals but also, he was the one who defeated Ash and won the prize of five flutes. Now that I think about it, I have a feeling that Charles isn't just an ordinary pokémon trainer. I mean, he was not only able to hold off against the strongest gym leader in Galar but also defeated him and not to mention, was able to win a battle twice against Alola's first champion, Ash. I'd love to have a battle with him one day. After the competition, it started raining and Eclipse invited us to stay at her place, in Littleroot town. Her parents were kind enough to lend us a towel and allow us to stay at their place. I thought the dinner that we had was a normal one but turns out, it was a very heartwarming and wholesome dinner. Remember I told you that Solar got his starter in the Arata region, I find it weird that he picked Mudkip of all starters. Since Mudkip was one of the starters that belonged in the Hoenn region, so if he already knew what starter he would pick, then why did he need to go to our region to get Mudkip? Turns out, the reason why Eclipse and him were in the Arata region, so that they could find, guess who, no, not the Champion or any of the elite four but me, yup, you guessed it right, me. Eclipse told me that the first league he watched was the Tacita Conference and he was very much impressed by how and the way I battled! Not only that but they're parents entrusted me and Charles to take care of Eclipse and Solar and of course, I promised them that I won't let anything happen to their children. After dinner, Eclipse asked me for a friendly pokémon battle and I, of course, accepted it. We went to the nearest Pokémon center and went to the battlefield. Eclipse picked Incineroar while I chose Zoroark. It was a fun and amazing battle but in the end, we had to stop the match since it was getting late. While everyone was getting some rest, I decided to stay a little bit late to train with Zoroark, until I received an unexpected phone call from Darius, yup, our champion. Did you know that the reason why I was put in the Masters 8 was because he wanted to have a battle with me, since last time, we weren't able to do so. Also, he wanted to 'prove' to the world that Leon isn't the only one with an overpowered team, yeah crazy right? Well, he is Arata's champion. I got to go, today's World Coronation Series battle festival challenge. Love you!

As the plane touched down at Galar's airport, the passenger exits slid open, and the travelers, accompanied by their luggage, disembarked. Among them was one of Arata's gym leaders, a member of the elite four, and a popular model. She took a deep breath, savoring the fresh air of Galar, which brought back memories of her childhood visits to the region.

Deciding to escape the bustling crowds, she made her way to a quieter area to await a dear friend of hers, who was both a fellow model and a gym leader. Just as she was about to check her phone, a familiar voice called out her name.

"Aella, over here!" The short, red-haired woman turned around and spotted her friend, Nessa, who waved enthusiastically. Nessa hurried over and enveloped Aella in a warm, tight hug. Aella used one hand to pat her friend's head, her other hand still holding onto her luggage.
