CLARA DAVIA didn't have much of a view of fate, of people joined by strings that pulled them together no matter what occurred in their lives. SPENCER REID hadn't an opinion either and logically he couldn't form one. Yet after a impromptu and random meeting, he wanted nothing more than to have the nameless woman be pulled towards him so they could meet again.

On the morning of a normal workday, that very wish came true. And how could he not instantly be beguiled by the woman he had yearned to see for years? But she couldn't and shouldn't feel the same, they were just friends. Close friends who told eachother everything and lingered in subtle touches for moments too long.

Their pauses and gazes were filled with stories themselves.
