Rose's POV

It had been two long days since I had seen Naruto. Ever since we had returned to the Jedi Temple, he had secluded himself, and I couldn't help but worry about him. I had asked some of the other Padawans if they had seen him, and they had mentioned that he had been spending a lot of time in the meditation chamber. That's where I decided to go looking for him.

As I made my way through the hallowed halls of the temple, I couldn't help but feel a growing sense of unease. Naruto had always been so full of life and energy, and now, his absence weighed heavily on my heart. I had sensed the turmoil within him during our mission, and I couldn't shake the feeling that he was blaming himself for Master Krota's death.

Finally, I arrived at the entrance to the meditation chamber. The room was bathed in a soft, calming light, and I could hear the faint hum of the Force emanating from within. As I pushed open the doors, I saw Naruto sitting in the center of the room, his legs crossed, and his eyes closed in deep concentration.

I approached him quietly, not wanting to disrupt his meditation. His face was a mask of serenity, but I knew better than to be fooled by appearances. I could sense the turmoil swirling within him, like a storm waiting to break.

Rose: (softly) Naruto?

He didn't respond, but I could tell he was aware of my presence. I took a seat beside him, mirroring his posture, and closed my eyes, focusing on the Force. I could feel the weight of his guilt and sadness pressing down on him, like a heavy cloak.

Rose: (gently) Naruto, you don't have to carry this burden alone.

He remained silent for a moment, and then he finally spoke, his voice filled with a mixture of pain and self-blame.

Naruto: (whispering) I should have been able to save him, Rose. Master Krota's death is my fault.

I reached out and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder, giving it a reassuring squeeze.

Rose: (softly) Naruto, you did everything you could. Master Krota knew the risks, and he believed in you. Blaming yourself won't bring him back.

Naruto's shoulders slumped, and I could see the tears glistening in his closed eyes.

Naruto: (voice breaking) I know, Rose, but I can't help but feel like I let him down.

I leaned closer to him, resting my head against his.

Rose: (whispering) You're not alone in this, Naruto. We're here for you, always.

As we sat there in the quiet of the meditation chamber, I knew that healing would take time, but I was determined to stand by Naruto's side every step of the way.

As Naruto opened up to me about what was truly troubling him, I listened attentively, my heart aching for the pain he was carrying. The revelation about Tayuya's discoveries weighed heavily on both of us. Naruto had always been on a quest to uncover the truth about his clan, and now that the pieces were falling into place, it was clear that the truth was far more painful than he could have imagined.

Rose: (softly) Naruto, I'm so sorry that you had to learn about your clan's history in this way.

Naruto: (bitterly) It's not just the history, Rose. It's what they did. The betrayal. The fact that they allowed my clan to be wiped out.

Naruto's voice trembled with a mixture of anger and sorrow, and I could see the turmoil in his eyes.

Rose: (gentle) I can't even begin to imagine how that must feel, Naruto. But remember, you are not responsible for the actions of others. You are your own person, and your clan's legacy doesn't define you.
