Too Late To Realise

The truth

  Jay had came over at my house as usual but my parents weren't home today so he was more relaxed. Well I craved coffee and him being my sweet friend went in the kitchen to make some. Ye ik am super lazy I wouldn't even have the formality of making it myself or of accompanying him as it was my house. But he is familiar with everything so I didn't have to worry tbh. I was busy scrolling reels when a notification popped up on the laptop screen (Jay's laptop) and it was from none other than Mia !
I didnt want to go through his personal chats but I was so curious at the same time so I just waited for him to come back with our coffees. Once he was back I asked him straight away
''Why is Mia texting you ? I saw a notification so pls don't deny it!''
He Just sighed and said
''She is just texting me randomly idk why as well.''
That just sounded so much like Jay
The man didn't know why he was alive so it was all justified. He didnt know why someone was even texting him.  Well I must say he makes the best coffee in the whole fucking world.
Well I spent rest of the weekend with Jenny as she invited me to her house while her parents were out of town and we had a good time watching random shit on yt and stuffing ourselves with food.
After the 3 days of releif I was back in my seat besides Aman but today it was different, he minded his own business and didn't really talk to me as he usually tried to. I was happy but shocked at the same time. Why this sudden change ? But then maths lecture began and my mind diverted towards studies.
After coming back home I got a call from Sam and it was kind of uncommon as he never called immediately after school. But when I answered it Sam wasnt the one speaking. It was Aman.
''See Sam left his phone wod me and I know u wont answer my calls anyways I need you to come near our building right now! Please !''
He sounded serious but I just couldn't figure out what happened and all I could say was
''Why now ?''
He just said in a polite tone
''I cant explain everything right now on call please come here?''
After he said that the call disconnected and I had bo other option but to go and see for myself.
Aman and Sam both lived in the same building just some blocks away from mine. When I reached there Aman met me and he just took my hand and led me to the backside of the apartment there Sam was kissing a girl! The girl was Ana a junior. I was soo damn angry at him and wanted to give him a tight slap across that stupid face of his. But Aman stopped me and showed me something even shocking.
He opened the chats on Sam's phone and he was texting many girls at the same time! And to add to it he was in constant contact with Mia.
When I scrolled the chat to previous ones there were chats of the time when I started dating Sam. They both had planned to keep Aman and me away from eachother just because they were jealous. Sam had lied about Aman hating me and Mia had lied to Aman that I ignored him because of Sam and that I was selfish. They both were fucking manipulative!!!
I was so angry and shattered at the same time. I had trusted Sam and all he sis was backstab me and that too just for jealousy. On the top of all this he was cheating on me and talked shit about me with Mia.

Mia: What did your girlfriend say about sitting besides Aman ?
Sam: Don't worry she hates him
Mia: She better does I dont want her around him. I am damn sure he will come back to me just Amayra shouldn't get close to him again
Sam: Dont worry they both are in our control. Amayra trusts me blindly I am damn she would forgive me even if she finds out I  have been cheating on her. I can manipulate her and ofc I won let Aman and her become close again.
Mia: She is an emotional fool you know one can manipulate her easily.
Sam: lol yea and dont worry about Aman either he would come back to You soon.
Mia: I cant believe they did not realise we had made them believe shit back then.
Sam: Yea right

Reading all of the chats, seeing  Sam kiss someone and realising how stupid I was I just wanted to vanish into thin air. Aman was standing right besides me his jaw clenched his eyes full of guilt and rage.
