50. Peed On

I wake up petting something soft and furry. It's so soft. I open my eyes and see sky and trees. I turn my head and it's on Nikolas. He's got his hand laying on my stomach. I'm holding his hand with 1 of mine. Or he's holding my hand. I don't know. I wiggle my hand away from his.

He opens his eyes and looks at me. I look down and Thora has her head on my stomach. I wiggle a little bit and she starts moving. My hand is still touching something very soft though and fluffy. I turn and look at it very slowly.

The damn thing growl hisses at me. Then it shows its teeth. They look painful.

"AAAHHHH" I roll away from it.

Nikolas sits up and punches it. Then throws it so far away from us. I don't know if he would even live with that kind of distance.

I look at him. "What the fuck was that?"

"Raccoon."

"Why are you screaming?" Thora finally sits up.

"We were sleeping with a raccoon."

She looks at me and we both crack up laughing so hard. She lays back down. "I've woke up with worse."

I nod and lay down. "Right."

"WHAT THE FUCK?"

"Why is Dipak yelling now?"

Nikolas sits up. "Finally. OVER HERE."

"Stop yelling."

A couple minutes pass and we get a crowd of people around us. I open my eyes and then smack Thora. At least my head is on her this time and not Nikolas. And I'm not holding anyone's hand.

Dipak looks at us. "What the hell are you all doing?"

Me and Thora say "Sleeping." at the same time.

Nikolas looks at him. "They were trying to find the castle. They were walking in circles for hours drinking wine. I was afraid to fly up and lose them. They sat down and passed out." He throws his hands up. "Fuck it we can sleep here then."

Everyone with Dipak cracks up laughing. I look around. It's Frode, Gunner, daddy, Marcus, Tye, Victor, Corbin, king blayze, and Elek.

I look at them. "We were sleeping with a raccoon."

They all start laughing harder.

Marcus looks at Dipak. "That's why there are wine bottles everywhere. They were going in circles."

Dipak nods. "You 2 made a hell of a hard trail to follow."

"We could not find the castle. We looked forever." I shake my head.

It just makes them all laugh again.

Then I crack up laughing. "Thora got stuck in a tree. Nikolas had to get her down."

They are all laughing so damn hard.

Thora gets up laughing. "That was pretty funny."

I nod. "I nearly pissed myself, I was laughing so hard."

Thora looks at the boys. "So which way is the castle?" They all point.

I shake my head. "We weren't going that way at all."

Dipak nods and wipes his eyes. "I can't believe you 2 got drunk and roamed around the woods all night."

Nikolas nods. "Well you should." Then they all start laughing again.

Thora looks at Nikolas and cracks up laughing. "Now we know what we're doing with you every time you make us mad."

I start laughing. "We're taking you for a nice walk in the woods."
