150. The Black Cloud

Lunch takes 2 hours because future me insists on showing us 80,000 pictures on a television. I love every single person in them. I just wish I could have babies for all my boys. It's not my life we're seeing pictures of. My life is different than hers. So different. We really are different people.

After lunch I go watch a movie while the boys play with the war suits again. Then we all go to the command area.

Tre stands up. "We're going to do this fast so we can keep going. Get in, kill him, get out. Let's just get done and get back on track. This shouldn't even take 10 minutes. Everyone else just stay on the ship."

Future me nods. "Good plan. We'll sit here and look at pictures."

Future Dipak nods. "Yea, we'll hurry. Let's go." The 4 older boys get up and walk out.

I look at Dipak. "Where is our Edwin?"

Future me looks at me. "He's in his room. They are still not letting him around us."

"Ok then."

We look at pictures for 5 minutes when 6 men walk in laughing. They all sit down on older Dipak's side of the table. I stare at them. 2 look like Tye. 1 looks like Tre. 1 looks like Marcus. 2 look like Dipak. 1 of the boys that looks like Tye sits on the end of the table.

Older me jumps up. "WHAT IN THE HELL WERE YOU DOING THERE? THAT IS A DEMONS PLANET. DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT A DEMON IS?"

1 of the boys that looks like Dipak looks at her. "Relax mom. We were just having some fun for the weekend. Dad told us to get the hell out of there, so here we are."

"THAT IS A DEMONS PLANET."

They all crack up laughing.

"YOU DO NOT GO THERE."

Tye's boy looks at her. "Mom we're not babies anymore. We were just having some fun. Breathe and relax."

"A DEMON CAN KILL YOU."

"Edwin is not going to kill us mom."

She starts shaking as the older Dipak and Marcus walk back in. She looks at Dipak. "BEAT ALL THEIR ASSES."

The kids crack up laughing.

"Sweetheart. They're grown men. If they want to visit a planet and get drunk for a weekend they can."

She looks at the boys still shaking. "I DON'T NEED THEM. I'LL BEAT YOUR ASSES MYSELF." She takes off out the door.

The boys all crack up laughing again. The 1 that looks like Tre looks up. "Mom is really pissed dad."

Dipak nods. "I'm just interested to see what she plans to beat your asses with this time."

They all crack up laughing. Tye's boy looks at me. "Oh shit. It's baby momma." They all look at me then.

I can't help but just stare at them. They just stare at me for a minute too though. So, I guess this is ok. I snuggle into Elek. That's who is holding me.

"She is so shy and sweet. I never imagined mom to be like that."

Then something makes a weird beeping noise. The boy that looks like Tre pulls a box out. "Samantha had her baby."

"What does that make you?"

"A great great great grandpa again." They all start laughing. "She sent a picture."

I dive onto the table and run down. I take his box and stare at the baby. "I'M COMING. I'M COMING. I'M COMING. I'M COMING. I'M COMING TO SEE YOU. I'M COMING." I start jumping up and down and screaming it at the same time. The boys all crack up laughing.
