y/n pov:
"well I left my keys at home, but my mum said we could just stay at the hospital then she can give us a lift home later, and you can stay at mine" I told my girlfriend of a year, Arizona. "sounds good" she smiled, and intertwined our fingers as we walked from our school to the hospital. "who's watching your siblings tonight?" Arizona asked. "Zola is with her friends, then Bailey and Ellis are at the hospital too I think, they're in the older part of the daycare" I explained. "ahh cool, is your dad working too?" she asked. "yep" I smiled.

My school isn't too far from the hospital only about a 10 minute walk, so we soon arrived at the hospital. I said hi when I walked into reception, then Arizona and I went to the cafeteria. "are you hungry?" I asked her. "a little" she giggled. "want to share a pizza?" I offered. "perfect!" she sat on a table while I got the pizza. I then joined her at the table and we started eating our pizza. "where could we go after this?" Arizona asked. "anywhere, the attendings lounge has a comfy sofa, and sweets in the draws" I suggested. "lets go!" she giggled, we took the bits of pizza we didn't eat in a box and put them in my bag, as we walked up to the attendings lounge. I took her hand in mine as we went to the elevator.

We were on the 2nd floor and the attendings lounge is on the 3rd floor so I pressed the 3 button on the wall. When the doors shut Arizona grabbed my face and pulled me into a kiss, which lasted right up until we stopped on floor 3. The doors opened and it was my Uncle Mark and Auntie Lexie. "hey guys" I smiled, Uncle Mark pulled me into a hug and Auntie Lexie gave me one swiftly after. "how are you kiddo?" Uncle Mark asked me. "i'm good, you've met my girlfriend haven't you?" I asked him. "yeah you both came to mine and Lexie's apartment" he smiled, and waved at Arizona.

"nice to see you again, both of you" Arizona smiled at my aunt and uncle. "you too, Arizona right?" Lexie clarified. "yep" Arizona said after our quick conversation we walked to the attendings lounge. It was empty. perfect.

We ran in and took hands full of sweets, like the inner children we are, then sat on the sofa. Arizona had her back against the corner of the sofa and I sat in between her legs, my back against her front (if that makes sense)

I opened my phone and we were watching some videos on my phone, when my Uncle Jackson came in. "are you supposed to be in here?" he asked. "probably not" I said looking up from my phone. "hi Arizona" he smiled at her. "hi Jackson" she waved. They've met when Jackson came lived at my house, and Arizona and I weren't official. "your moms in a surgery y/n/n" He got a chair and sat opposite us. "what about my dad?" I asked. "they're in the same surgery" he said, opening a bag of chips. "where's Harriet?" I asked. "with April, they should be coming in an hour or so" he explained. "is Harriet your daughter?" Arizona asked Jackson, while she took my phone out of my hands and put it down, then took her hands into mine.

"yeah, here's a picture of her" He turned his phone around and it was a picture of Harriet with a pink onesie on. "awh" Arizona and I said in sync. "BIG TRAUMA IN THE PIT!!" someone came screaming down the corridor. Jackson shot up and ran over to them, I turned and looked at Arizona she nodded. We ran down to the pit, and looked around. "hey Uncle O, what's going on?" I asked my Uncle Owen, head of trauma, who was holding hands with Leo and carrying Alison, his and my Auntie Teddy's kids.

"big trauma could you do me a favour?" he asked rushing. "can you take these two up to daycare, Teddy is in the OR and I need to be quick here" He smiled. "course I can" I said and I took Alison and put her on my hip, then took Leo's hand. "let's go guys" We turned around and walked towards the elevator. "this is Arizona" I said to them. "hi Awizona! I'm Leo" Leo giggled. "hi Leo" she smiled at him. "and this is Alison" I said ticking the little girl, to which she giggled.

We got into the elevator and walked to daycare. "hi i'm dropping off Alison and Leo Hunt" I said to the lady there. "okay, thank you" She replied, I just had to sign a sheet then I went to leave but then I heard someone shout my name. "y/n/n!! Arizona!!" Arizona and I turned around to see my brother and sister. "run" I said. "no!" Arizona giggled. We walked over to the older part of daycare, and Ellis gave me a hug, then Arizona. "what ya guys doing?" I asked them. "colouring!" They said in sync. "fun!" Arizona smiled at them. "are you staying at ours tonight Arizona?" Bailey asked her. "sure am" she smiled, and they both cheered. "we are gonna go now guys, bye" I gave them both a high five. "bye!" they giggled. We walked away, "I swear they like you more than me" Arizona and I laughed.

We walked around the peds floor then got bored. "want to sneak into my mom and dad's surgery?" I suggested. "of course!!" she giggled. We went to the OR floor, and walked over to the OR board, looking for which OR my mom and dads surgery is in. "OR 4" I said. "where that?" Arizona asked. "that way, why would you need to find OR floor you two?" (dr) Bailey came over, looking at us suspiciously. "oh it's just so I know where my mom and dad are" I smiled at her. "okay, well if you were choosing to sneak into your parents surgery, I would like to tell you, it's that way, but I don't know who told you that" Bailey gave me a fist bump, then walked away. "i've always been her favourite, even over boy Bailey" I told Arizona.

I took Arizona's hand and we walked to the OR gallery. We sat on the back row, there were only 5 other people in here, who were all in scrubs, so we kinda stuck out, but it's fine. Arizona rested her head on my shoulder, and I put my hands on her lap. I looked at my mom and dad, working together on a surgery, my mom working on the patients appendix, while my dad fixed the neurological issues. My mom then looked up into the gallery and raised her eyebrow when she saw us. She must have said something to my dad because he then looked up and shook his head laughing.

"wow look how your mom removed that part!" Arizona looked carefully. "okay Dr Robbins" I joked. "I like the sound of that" she smiled and pouted her lips at me, to which I kissed. "it has a ring to it" I giggled.
