Chapter fifty-two: the way i loved you

"I don't think I'll ever love anybody like the way I loved you." he says, his voice breaking as he tries to fake a smile.

"You're probably right." his head snapped at her direction at that.

"Are you making fun of me?" He says

"No, I'm agreeing with you. You're right. You'll never love anybody like you loved me. Because by that time, you'll find somebody who you'll love as if the world depended on it. You'll find somebody you'll love more than how you loved me. You'll find somebody worth looking forward for tomorrow to. So yes, I agree with you. You'll never do love somebody the way you loved me."
