Chapter sixty-seven: Royal Sinners

I've learnt that not all light is good;

And that not all darkness is bad.

I've learnt that whatever we do, we're stuck in the in-between.

So now, I begin to wonder.

Heaven. Hell. The Here and Now.

Where do you think we will belong?

For the crimes that we've commited,

the innocent souls that we've tainted.

For the lives we have taken,

and our conciousness that we have forsaken.

For the halos we chose to abandon;

for the young souls who needed more than our compassion.

For the guns we put upon their hands to give them protection,

and the new life we gave them in the time of their damnation.

I admit that we were no angel;
But that doesn't make us a demon.

We are just humans who are struggling to survive.

Humans who did higher sins.
Humans who have experienced the inner hell;

Humans who found family despite of how some of us fell.

We were just sinners who had no choice but to survive in this god-forsaken world.

Humans who chose not to be eaten in this jungle-like world.

We were just royally in-between in both goodness and of sin.

We were just royally fcked without a choice.

We are sinners, with a purpose.

We are just royal sinners.

Not good, may have been bad but then we really don't care what you think.

'Cause in the end?

Only He can punish us for our sins.
