Chapter fifty-four: someday

We always talk about how someday makes us look forward to tomorrow.

Someday I'll go there.
Someday I'll finish this.
Someday I'll win.
Someday I'll move on.

We rely on someday so much that we just leave it to chance;

To luck;

To fate.

We just sit around and wait for someday to happen.

But what if someday comes too late?

What if someday never comes?

And then what will we have?
