(Here is a little chapter. I will still be slow updating till I get back into this. My job is keeping me busy these days. I am an equestrian so I have my weekly horseback riding, and I like to play my usual video games too. So sometimes I don't have the brain span left to always write.)
Recap: I entered a little pond in the bushes. When I heard a twig break behind me. Panic hit me as I turned around with my sword up.
I let out a frustrated sigh. "You scared the crap out of me..! Raiden." I began to sheath my sword, as my heart started calming down. "Sorry about that. I saw you went into this area wondering what you needed."
Raiden's Voice:" You alright then?" He asked me in the distance. I was in pause for a moment, as I stared down at the water. Seeing my reflection. Dust covered my face, I looked tired. The suit I wore with armor made me smile a bit though. I looked damn cool.
Raiden's voice snapped me out of my head. "Oh..I'm sorry. Yes, I will go now." I replied.
As creepy as it may sound. I swore I could hear Raiden laughing in the distance. His voice was not coming in through my headset. It was carried by the wind.
Ahead of me was now a path upwards, apparently salt mines. Till I walked into a wilderness. I wondered if there were going to be people.
Picking up my feet. I walked across the water store. Till I entered the large tunnel-like path. It looked like stone walls.
Raiden's Voice: "Careful. I will scout ahead to see. If there is anyone ahead."
"It's clear."
The voice replied seconds later.
I began to walk forward, only to have Raidne's loud voice shock me as it rang in through my headset.
Raiden:" Wait stop!!"
"I..I..I heard it's clear" I froze. My heart raced, hearing his alarmed voice. I already messed up. Guilt washed over me.
Raiden:" Quickly hide in that gap in the ground by the wall!
I shot over to the side and dropped into the large trench. Dust flew in after me, making me cough.
Raiden:" Please stay quiet.." He said a bit softer now."
The voices of men speaking sent a chill down my back. This was not Raiden. I was worried that they heard me. It must have been their voice that I heard. I was so confused, and worried. My heart raced as I ducked into this dusty hole in the ground, waiting for my next orders.
The voices went quiet suddenly.
Raiden's Voice: "You may come out now."
I slowly stood up.
The sight of crimson splattered across the ground. These three men were now dead.
Raiden: "Don't look too long. Just go..." I was certain Raiden cut them down. Without a sound, they were gone just like that.
'...cold...' I feel that cold chill. Knowing just how dangerous Raiden can be.
