Request: Can you do a Hailee Steinfeld x male reader where Hailee is getting tired of everyone asking her out or about her dating life so she goes to us her best friend since birth (us) and they agree to start fake dating which everyone believes because of how close they are and how much time they spend together and how much money they spend on each other and they agree to not fall in love with each other but after several months they slowly fall in love with each other shocking themselves because they never have thought of each other in that way before?
"So, Hailee, Is there anyone special in your life at the moment?" The interviewer asks me, and I sigh "No, not really" Everyone asked me this question. It was super annoying. So I decided to go to the person who knew me the most my best friend, Y/N.
"Y/NNNNNN" I groan "Haileeee" He responds in the same tone. "I need your help" "Uh...sure" Y/N looks at me strangely before turning off his phone. "We need to fake date" I say "Okay" I start rambling before I look at Y/N confused. "Wait...really?" "Sure" My confused look quickly turns into a smile as I jump and hug Y/N tightly. "Your the best" I mumble in his neck "I know" he replies.

"Ladies and gentlemen please welcome Hailee Steinfeld!" Jimmy announced as I walked out from the curtain. "Well Hailee how are you?" He asks "Im doing amazing thank you Jimmy" I reply. "First off, congratulations!" Jimmy exclaims "Thank you Jimmy that means a lot" I say putting my hand on my heart. "So how long have you know Y/N? we all know you two are very close" "well Ive known Y/N since we were born. He's always been there for me through thick and thin. I cant thank him enough for being my best friend and now boyfriend" I explain. "Thats amazing Hailee, once again congrats to you and Y/N" I answer some more questions and then head home.
I opened my door and saw Martini running up towards me. "Aw hey mama" I pick up the small dog and go up to my room. I push open the door welcomed by the smell of pumpkin and cinnamon, all of the lights were dimmed and there Y/N was,standing in a nice black button up shirt with flowers in his hand. "Y/N? what is all this?" I chuckle nervously. "Well, I wanted to do something nice for you. Your mom said you have been really annoyed about the relationship questions recently and I thought this might help" Said Y/N. "Aw, thats so sweet" I walk up to Y/N and wrap my arms around his neck, hugging him tightly.

Me and Y/N lay in the little fort he set up for us and watch the movie in a comfortable silence. "Hey Y/N?" "Yeah?" "Thanks. For being my fake boyfriend and everything" I say "I would be your fake boyfriend any day Haiz" He jokes. We both sit there together enjoying the rest of our night.

"Hailee, I cant do this"
