It was a grey, gloomy day. Rain was softly pouring down and tiny raindrops raced down the window pane. Hailee was pressed up against the window like a child outside a toy store. She put in her AirPods and played her playlist as she enjoyed the soft pitter-patter outside her house. Hailee was sat on her couch with her phone and her little puppies.
Y/N POV:
"Hailee I'm home!" I say putting my coat on the coat hanger. "Hey" she replies glancing at me. I slowly walk over to her and put my hand on her shoulder "you okay?" I ask "Yeah I'm fine, it just looks nice out there" Hailee says looking back at me. I look outside, walk to the sliding door, open the door, and run outside spinning around. Hailee quickly ran after me and yelled "Y/N! what are you doing?" "Enjoying the rain! Come on!" Hailee smiles widely and runs into my arms before I pick her up and spin her around.
Hailee runs her hands through her hair and looks up at the sky with her eyes closed. "Wow.." I mumble, Hailee looked over at me and smiled before cupping my face and kissing me passionately.
"I love you," she whispered, her breath warm against my lips. "I love you too," I replied, unable to hide the adoration in my voice. And as the rain continued to pour, we kissed passionately, sealing our love beneath the stormy sky.
With wide smiles on our faces, we held each other tightly, cherishing the warmth and connection we shared. The rain eventually ceased, leaving us standing in a puddle, our clothes clinging damply to our bodies. Hailee chuckled and squeezed my hand. "That was amazing!" I nodded, gazing into her eyes. "Yes, it was."
"Here" I say handing Hailee a towel "wanna watch a movie?" "Only if it's mean girls!" Hailee shouts as she walks to the other room.
