Kate sat on the couch of her aunts apartment as she was on vacation for Christmas. As she was flipping through the channels on the T.V she heard the sound of knocking on the window.
As soon as she recognized the face that was covered by the darkness of the night, she ran to the window and opened it. "Y/N! what the hell happened to you!?" She asked frantically "Oh yeah I'm fine thanks for asking" Y/N said sarcastically as he held his abdomen. Kate rolled her eyes as she helped Y/N in and sat him down on the couch. "Seriously what were you thinking" She rested her palm on her forehead out of annoyance. "Hey, you should see the other guys" Y/N chuckled but then he winced and rested his hands on his chest.
Kate sighed and grabbed a wet towel before returning to Y/N and sitting next to him. Kate carefully helped Y/N take off his Spidey suit; just so that his bare chest was revealed. Kate gently went in with the towel and started dabbing at the deep cuts in his chest. "You're so reckless sometimes" "All in a days work" He smiled, revealing his pearly white teeth. Kate returned the smile and tilted her head to the side. "What was the situation today?" Kate asked "Bank robbery, it was weird though, the tracksuits had these like, really high tech weapons" "That explains the giant cut through your chest" Y/N chuckled "Yep... So... what have you been doing on this fine evening?" "Oh nothing.. just watched T.V, cleaned up the house, oh, and then I patched up my boyfriends wounds, wait, I'm doing that right now" Kate smiled.
Soon enough Kate finished cleaning up Y/Ns wounds and Y/N was finally at ease. "Kate?" "what's up?" Y/N sighed as he sat down "I'm sorry for being so careless all the time" Kate chuckled softly and leaned up against Y/N. "I'm just glad that you're okay." The two smiled at each other and Kate kissed Y/Ns cheek. "Promise me something though" "anything" Kate rested her head on Y/Ns shoulder "Even though you'll always be New York's spiderman, promise me you'll always be my Y/N L/N" Y/N smiled and kissed Kates head "that was really corny" Y/N whispered "Are you kidding me?" Kate said
