Wildflowers / Gregor Clegane out now!

"The king was late." Otto remarked.

"Why are you telling me?" Odessa countered.

"He was with you, wasnt he?" Otto countered.

"Yes. But I'm not his keeper, he's a man, he can tend to his business-"

"He was late again, because he was spending all his time with you." Otto remarked annoyed. "He is married Odessa."

"I know that." Odessa agreed.

"Dessa," Otto begged.

"I know he is married, he is the king, he has a queen and a daughter." Odessa agreed. "I'm just..." She shrugged. "he's my friend. I dont have many of those." She added. "He missed a few meetings, he is the king you shouldnt be having meetings without him anyways. You should be thanking me."

"Thanking you?" Otto countered.

"You get a break." Odessa agreed. "You get to have fun, a life, read a book and not be worried about the capital for once." Odessa added.

"Odessa the kingdoms dont just stop needing guidance when the king steps away." Otto countered.

'Are you sure?" Odessa countered. "The realms are independent, they can handle themselves. They shouldnt need the king or the hand to wipe their asses." Odessa declared.

"It's more than that, Odessa." Otto countered.

"Is it?" Odessa countered harshly. "You are a good hand of the king, you take care of things. But who is taking care of the king? Taking care of you, brother?" Odessa questioned touching his arm. "Otto, I love you brother but this job shouldnt be your life..." Otto hesitated looking to his feet.

"I dont know how to... not since Catarina died." Otto countered.

"You dove into your work, it's understandable. I couldnt stay at dreadfort after Reggie died. It was too hard. Thats why I came here. A fresh start. Now dont you go making me feel bad for moving on and having fun with my friend because I just..." Odessa shook her head.

"I'm sorry. I didnt mean to make you-"

"We just need to have some fun, Otto. You need to spend the day doing something you love. Viserys has not lost as we have." Odessa offered. "If you need some more time to move on, dont think that you have work your way through the pain." Otto nodded.

"I miss her still."

"She was the love of your life." Odessa agreed.

"Was Reginald yours?" Otto countered. Odessa hesitated.

"I loved him." Odessa assured. "But..." a heavy sigh filled her lungs. "I dont know that he was the love of my life."

"Viserys can't be." otto begged.

"He is my friend Otto. Take the day off. I will let Viserys know you are taking a personal day." Odessa instructed. "Go spend time with Alicent or just be by yourself. Whatever you want. Please just take care of yourself, not everyone else. What do you want?" Odessa questioned.

"I dont know." Otto admitted.

"best take a walk and figure it out." Odessa decided.

"Will you come with me?" Otto countered. Odessa leaned into him.

"It would be my pleasure."

"You know you are bossy." Otto remarked as they walked.

"I know." Odessa agreed.

"Thank you." Otto added.

"You are welcome, brother."

"Lady Ophelia," Viserys remarked she spun around tucking her hands behind her back. "What are you up to?"

"Can you take me on that tour of... I dont know do you have a restricted section?" Ophelia pondered. Viserys chuckled.

"Restricted section?" Viserys pondered that. "What would your mother think?'

"She would be really grateful." Ophelia assured. "if I'm happy, mama's happy."

"I have a feeling you are right about that." Viserys remarked. "Well I dont know about restricted section but I can bring you down to where we keep Balerions bones."

"I'M IN!" Ollivander declared stumbling into the room.  "Is it true the bones of a dragon are also quite flammable?"

"I... have never tested that.' Viserys admitted.

"I think we should." Ollivander remarked.

"You like fire." Viserys realized. Ollivander nodded as they headed down to where Balerion's bones were kept.

"Olli used to melt my dolls together." Ophelia remarked.

"Father was so proud." Ollivander agreed.

"Not too much fire up north." Viserys pondered.

"We had fires everywhere." Ollivander corrected. "It was fucking freezing up there."

"Did Rhaenyra bring you to her dragon yet?" Viserys questioned as he held open a door for them.

"Yeah, but the dragon masters kept telling me to stop screaming dracarys, it would confuse the dragons." Ollivander grumbled.

"Yes, I can see how they wouldnt like that." Viserys remarked. Viserys always thought he wanted a son, a true heir. He smiled down at Ollivander and Ophelia as they examined the bones. It made Viserys want to try for another child again. Aemma had miscarriage after miscarriage but they both wanted a son.

Maybe it was because the love between them had faded. Maybe a child couldnt be born without love. Aemma had been more attentive since Odessa and her children arrived in the capital but it was different. It wasnt how they used to be, viserys didnt know if they could ever get back to what they once were. If they were too far gone.

"What do you think?" Viserys questioned.

"Awesome." Ollivander agreed. Ophelia was already looking around she saw a staircase and a smirk pulled at her lips.

"Where do those stairs go?" Ophelia questioned innocently. Viserys stared back at the stairs having never noticed them, they were hardly stairs, tucked up against the wall leading high up into the castle.

"I... I dont actually know. Probably no where." Viserys remarked.

"Bullseye." Ophelia whispered. If she couldnt find the hidden room from inside she would find it from the outside. Take that Maegor, Ophelia was going to crack his secret passageway.
