MAYA POV
" You know you really shouldn't give your stalker such easy access to everywhere you live. They might turn crazy; they'd never leave you alone" Carina whispered in a surprisingly scary tone as we finally sat in the car.

"Thankfully I'd like to think that my stalker will be in my life as my wife and the mama of our children" I muttered back as I reversed out from where we were parked. I could see her smile from the corner of my eye, we both made no effort to say anything else.

At this point it had been hours since Carina had started crying, it was short lived, but boy did it show her dramatic side. She was apparently overjoyed and didn't at all want to murder me for having the idea of a private ceremony. It had taken 20 minutes to fully calm down before she ran off to get her laptop.

"what's the Wi-Fi password?" She asked with her fingers at the ready to type it.

"There isn't any here" I reply cautiously, knowing that this Cabin getaway could go south very quickly.

"But what's the point of being here?" She asked back, she huffed and kept a small pout on her face as she waited for me to reply.

"The whole point of wanting to get away from life, is to actually get away from it. If you want internet, we can go to a café or something" I'd suggested, the pout remained as she weighed up the options.

CARINA POV
A whole 30 minutes later, we arrived at some sort of village. It flooded with tourists who wanted to see the lake and spend time there, there was a beach here for the tourists and it was in that moment I was thankful for Maya's cabin. The café we ended up taking residence in was quiet and near empty. We had plenty of space to plan a makeshift wedding the day of said wedding. Maya had already made a list of things we'd need and themes we could choose from, thankfully the themes weren't too outrageous. The chapel was an easy find, they'd had a cancellation so we took that spot.

In true wedding tradition, we decided that we wouldn't see each other until the wedding. Okay, until we got into the town because I can't drive her car. We'd chosen our clothes without each other, and after that we decided to head back to the cabin. Well, Maya just threw me the keys and kicked me out of the car as we pulled up to it, she apparently had other plans.

MAYA POV

I may have gone overboard; they say you should only get married once. And well, at least it will be memorable. I was able to get a wedding cake, but it was already made, for that couple who cancelled actually. Carina wanted roses, so I bought 100 roses and scattered the petals everywhere. The mass number of red petals now looks a bit like a trail of blood, not quite the romantic look I was hoping for.

Hours had quickly passed by and when we finally were able to walk down the makeshift aisle, music started to play.

"Why is this song playing?" Carina asked whilst trying not to laugh.

"You said you wanted a song with the word 'baby' in it" I reply with a nervous smile.

"I didn't mean a song where someone says it 3 times in a row. Did you really have to choose Justin Bieber?" she chuckles.

"You can't deny it doesn't have the word you wanted in it. Now come on, we're getting married" I reply quickly as walk, being met with an old man looking very happy to see us.

"From now on I'll be more specific with my choices" she whispered with a broad smile on her face.

"As long as I am included, I don't care" I reply, we're near the end of the aisle now.

"I hope you know that I'll never choose Justin Bieber. You couldn't have chosen Nat King Cole or someone romantic?" she questioned quietly.

"You should have specified because you are my 'baby, baby, baby, oh' soon to be wife" I could feel the cringe radiating off of me as I sarcastically quoted the tune to her.

"I can't believe I still want to get married to someone who just quoted Justin Bieber down the aisle."

"Get used to it Stalker" I reply, standing now either side of the man who looked slightly a taken back by the pet's name I'd given Carina. As he looked between us, Carina winked in my direction, time to get married.

"Dearly beloved, we're gathered here today to celebrate the love between Mik- wait Maya and Carina" he starts, panicking slightly as he reads out the wrong names.

"Can we skip all of this until we can say 'I do'" I ask seriously, Carina shaking her head slightly side to side.

"We can" he just about gets out before both Carina, and I say "I do" in sync with each other.

"Congrats guys, here's your rings. Oh, and thank you for being so quick. I can go early for bingo" he cheers, throwing the ring boxes in our direction as he shuffles down the aisle. We couldn't help but giggle as we put the rings on each other and walked back down the aisle. At the end of the aisle, I pulled her into a passionate kiss, pushing her against a wall. After a few seconds the kiss was stopped by her as she gave me a pointed look, probably questioned if I really wanted to have sex in a chapel... I would.

"So as newlyweds, what are we going to do? Should we tie empty tins to the back of our car, write 'newlyweds' in a heart on the car with red lipstick? Should we go for a run around the lake?" I listed different options which we both knew were very unlikely.

"No running. How about a takeaway, sex, and sleep?" She asks loud enough that the people surrounding us could hear.

"Food, sex, and sleep, with the stalker of my dreams. There's nothing better" I whispered against her lips.

"that's Mrs Stalker to you, Deluca-Bishop" she whispered back as we fell back into sync with our kisses. This is a moment where I thank the high heavens that she's wearing a dress... easy access.
