As Edgeshot's team waited outside the Gunga Mountain Villa, Morbius prepared himself for the coming battle. After a moment, Edgeshot gives the order to attack. As the Heroes charge at the Villa, Cementoss creates an opening that splits the front of the building open using his Cement manipulation Quirk. Without hesitation, Morbius transforms himself into a swarm of bats and swarms the building. The Villains inside quickly panic as they muster up a counter attack.
Edgeshot: Not one Villain gets away! They're trained and ready to die for their cause! If any escape, then they'll be free to cause terror somewhere else! This is our chance to end this here and now!
As the Heroes attack, Morbius reverts back to his original form and begins battling the Villains inside the compound. Morbius unleashed the full power of his Quirk as he takes down several Villains left and right.
Morbius: Your reign of terror ends now! DO YOU HEAR ME?!
As Morbius continues to fight alongside the other Heroes, a Villain with a Berserker Quirk charges in and tackles Morbius into the next room. As Morbius fights off the Villain, he locks eyes with the Villain.
Berserker Villain: This is our turf, you freak! I'll tear you apart for breaking in here!
Morbius maintains his calm demeanor as he gnashes his fangs. The Berserker Villain charges his Quirk and rushes at Morbius. Morbius dodges the attack and follows through with a slash on his arm. The Berserker ignores the attack as he lands several punch on the Living Vampire. He then grabs Morbius and bear hugs him.
Berserker Villain: I'm gonna enjoy folding you like paper!
Without hesitation, Morbius bites down on the Berserker's neck and drinks some of his blood. The Berserker yells in pain as he throws Morbius to the ground. Morbius quickly gets back on his feet as the Villain staggers.
Morbius: This ends now!
Morbius charges in and attacks the Berserker Villain with punches and slashes. The Villain attempts to defend himself, but Morbius proved too fast for him. In an attempt to even the odds, the Berserker Villain grabs a vial of Trigger and drinks it. The Villain screams as the Trigger takes effect.
Berserker Villain: NOW I BREAK YOU!
The Berserker Villain charges at Morbius and lands several devastating strikes on Morbius. It wasn't long before a group of thugs arrived.
Thug #1: Get him!
Thug #2: Waste him!
As the thugs swarm Morbius, Morbius uses his Vampiric abilities to take down the thugs one by one. He even dodges and weaves to get the Berserker Villain to take out several thugs.
Berserker Villain: STAND STILL SO I CAN CRUSH YOU!
As the Berserker Villain continues to throw punches at Morbius, Morbius changes his tactics. He transforms himself into a swarm of bats and flies around the Berserker Villain like a tornado. As the bats attack, the Berserker Villain throws punches, but he fails to hit his mark. Morbius's voice is soon heard.
Morbius: Feel the fear you sought to instill on the innocent! Feel the terror you sought to inflict! You...you are vermin.....and I am the predator that has come to feed on your kind! You believe yourself strong, Villain?! Welcome to the Food Chain!
As the Berserker Villain continues throwing punches at the swarm of bats, none of his punches land. But from the swarm of bats, a monstrous form appears. A pair of red eyes glare at him. But as the Berserker prepares to charge at the figure, he suddenly found himself frozen in fear.
Morbius: Look upon my eyes, Villain! This is the face of the Hero who shall be your doom! This is the face...of Morbius the Living Vampire!
As Morbius's form emerges from the swarm of bats, the Berserker Villain screams in terror as Morbius approached him. The Berserker Villain was frozen in fear as Morbius knocks him out. As he does so, the entire Villa begins to shake. Morbius rushes outside to see Edgeshot and his team pushing the Villains back. As the battle intensifies, shaking was felt as Gigantomachia crashes through the floor of the villa. What followed was a stream of blue flames. Morbius himself was barely able to dodge a stream of blue flames that flew towards him. As he does so, Morbius takes down a group of Villains trying to escape.
Morbius: You will not escape me!
As Morbius continues to fight the remaining Villains, it was clear to him that victory was near. Suddenly, Morbius heard distant screaming. Morbius glides up to the roof of the now destroyed Villa. Overlooking the battlefield, Morbius hones in on his Vampire senses. The sound of the battle was nearly deafening as he tried to pinpoint the screaming. However, Morbius was quickly able to pinpoint the screaming. As Morbius focuses on the screaming. He quickly recognizes that scream as Yaoyorozu's.
Morbius: Momo.....
Morbius could sense the danger that Yaoyorozu was in. He could see Gigantomachia running in the direction to where Yaoyorozu and the others were. Morbius was conflicted about his next move. While he felt obligated to stay and fight the rest of the Villains, he couldn't stand by and allow Yaoyorozu to face whatever threat Gigantomachia posed. After giving it thought, he decided to split off from the Raid team to help Yaoyorozu and the others fend off Gigantomachia, feeling that he was no longer needed at the Mountain Villa raid. But what he didn't realize was that events were unfolding that would send ripples across all of Hero Society.
