By the Waterfall

Katy and Cait

Caitlyn rubs her eyes and walks through the forest, adjusting her heavy backpack on her shoulders. 19:54 

Katy isn't sure what to do with the cupcake now since she doesn't feel like eating it 19:55 

Caitlyn couldn't find Gracie in the tree house and heads for the mansion, wondering if she's in there. 19:56 

Katy takes the candle out of the cupcake and sets it on the counter 19:57 

Caitlyn wonders where Derrick and Alice are because they'll probably want to know about what she brought back too. 19:58 

Katy checks her watch and rubs her face 19:59 

Caitlyn opens the front door and walks in quietly. "Hello?" 20:04 

Katy looks up when she hears someone "Yeah?" 20:04 

Caitlyn sets her stuff down and walks into the kitchen. "Uh, Katy?" 20:05 

Katy: Yeah. Who are you? 20:05 

Caitlyn: I'm Caitlyn. From D13. 20:06 

Katy: Well hi Caitlyn 20:06 

Caitlyn: Where is everyone? 20:08 

Katy: I don't know. All I know is that Jo is finally asleep, so I left the old mansion. 20:09 

Caitlyn bites her lip. "Oh. I got some stuff from home." 20:10 

Katy: What kind of stuff? 20:10 

Caitlyn: Weapons. My dad let me get a hold of them. After we went through the system and requested them, of course. I also got plenty of ammo. 20:13 

Katy: Good! Jo's been trying to replicate some of the guns so we have some more to work with 20:13 

Caitlyn smiles and nods. "I guess she'll be happy to know the rebels in D13 are also willing to help us out. Coin didn't seem that thrilled, but everyone else did..." 20:15 

Katy: Yes. The more help we can get the better 20:16 

Caitlyn looks around and then gets a glass of water. "I'm so tired. That bag weighed a hundred pounds or so, I think. Okay, I might be exaggerating, but whatever." 20:17 

Katy: Well you get something to eat and hang out. I can take the guns over to Jo later on and see what she wants with them 20:18 

Caitlyn smiles and nods. "How has everyone been? Have they been training? Does Derrick have any new plans?" 20:19 

Katy: I'm not sure actually. I haven't really talked to anyone. I've been trying to help out Jo so she can get some sleep and be a little less stressed out 20:20 

Caitlyn: How's she been? 20:23 

Katy: Jo? She's been really stressed out 20:24 

Caitlyn: Why? Because of the rebellion? 20:24 

Katy: She's just got so much going on in her head and then she tries to get it all done at once, which is impossible 20:25 

Caitlyn nods. "I guess everyone's probably going through a lot right now..." 20:25 

Katy: Yeah, which is why she won't ask for help. So I'm gonna try to stay for a bit to help her out. If we can finish the bracelets and necklaces I can stay for longer periods 20:26 

Caitlyn: What bracelets and necklaces? 20:28 

Katy: She's got this little plan she's working on. The bracelets and necklaces are the first part. They'll block you guys from Pk hovercraft signals, you know the ones that help them find out where we are? 20:30 

Caitlyn smiles. "That's going to help out a lot!" 20:31 

Katy chuckles "Wait until she finishes everything, then you'll be impressed" 20:32 

Caitlyn: If she needs anything, I'd be happy to help too. Maybe after I rest a bit from the long trip of course. 20:34 

Caitlyn sits down and finishes off her water. 20:34 

Katy: She seems to be doing okay with her work. She just needs to sleep on occasion. 20:34 

Caitlyn nods. "The reaping's drawing near, isn't it? I might have lost track of the days while I was traveling back." 20:36 

Katy looks at the cupcake "Yeah, it was today" 20:37 

Caitlyn blinks. "So I've missed watching it? ... Maybe that's why everyone's not around. I know a lot of them probably don't like watching it." 20:40 

Katy shrugs "I don't like watching them and I don't have to anymore so I'm not going to" 20:41
