After we finished eating breakfast, we went outside of the restaurant and took a short stroll to the nearest faun which held in its hand a chain that connected to a purple dragon with a cream underside. As we neared them both, I stared in awe at the dragon. 'Incredible!' I exclaimed in my head. 'A real dragon standing here...' I stared at its large scales covering its whole body, marking a pathway with its angles to the feet with giant black claws. The feet were half my height, 5'5". Its tail which the scales also led to, was swaying back and forth in the air.

As father talked to the faun, paying the prize to ride it, my eyes wandered to its eyes. It stared at me with its red coral eyes and giant vertical pupil. The dragon had eyelashes, long eyelashes that flapped as it closed and opened its eyes.

Father looked back at me and slightly touched my shoulder, bringing me back to reality, "Let's go to my castle."

I nodded, not shocked by the fact he had a castle; a ruler of this kingdom would live in a castle and not in any small home. We walked closer to the dragon, and I extended my hand to touch it. I petted the swaying tail which slowly descended to the ground. Father explained to me that we climbed on using the tail. And we did just that. I stepped onto the tail, making sure I didn't hurt it. There was no reaction and so I continued making my way up to the neck. Keeping my balance, which was surprisingly easy, my body kept steady without trying, as if I was walking on flat ground. I asked father about that, and he stated that there was no gravity in the Underworld but instead the world was kept at a constant balance to where you could not fall unless he chose to take that away.

I took my seat closest to the neck and father sat behind me, an inch away from us touching. The dragon, who was named Nikolai, spread its wings and quickly, shot up into the air. I held the handles which it wore on the side of its neck and body, surprised by how quickly it began to fly. I semi-screamed which then turned into a louder, excited scream. "Holy shit! Woohoo!" I exclaimed while shooting my arms up in the air. Father chuckled and looked up ahead, trying to spot his castle.

The air which did exist here, made its way through my hair and I could feel the warm air hit my cheeks. It was warm yet gave me slight goosebumps.

Nikolai's wings worked fast, we soared through the infinite Underworld and passed many cities. Father explaining this all to me, who then told me something that made me burst out of my seat, "I want to tell you this, so it is not a surprise or a lie. You are not the only one, I have three other children. Their names are Clio, Dea, and Kaija."

I looked back at father, this surprise making me happy, "I have siblings?!"

     Father nodded.

     "Are they demi-demons as well?"

Father shook his head, "They are Goddesses but do not work for me or any other God. They just live life in the castle."

Disappointed and a little jealous that I was the only demon in the family I asked, "Why is it they are fully Gods, but you chose to make me a demon?"

"I had them a long time ago, the oldest is five thousand."

"Woah," I quietly exclaimed. Five thousand years old was the age of the oldest?! How old are the rest?

"Then, we have Dea who is three thousand four hundred. And Kaija who is one thousand fifty-three."

"So, I'm the youngest... by a lot..." I sighed, shocked at the age gaps of all my siblings. They have seen and experienced things I have read in my history books. Their minds are more experienced and wiser than my sixteen-year-old-barely-in-the-world mind.
