(Blade's POV)

She was looking at me with such...lustful eyes. I don't think she even knew she was doing it. Right now, in my house...her and and I.
I hate her fake hate towards me. She hides it so bad, her feelings for me. I just want to make her shut her annoying mouth.
To be honest, I did not expect her to surprise me and Kafka this morning.
I wanted it to happen, thought. The door was open for a reason.
I...I feel unsure about her. What did she do to me ? I've always thought that this tickling feelings was only for Kafka but her...

Back to the present
I grab her waist and brings her close to me. She was such a brat.
I want to kiss her until she can't breath anymore. Shut up. We will both regret it.
« Shut up » she says.
This time, it was my last straw.
« Very well » I answer, losing myself. I kiss her.
Her lips are soft, she almost was expecting it from what her reaction was. I lifted her in my arms. I wanted to take her in my bed. So much.
What was happening to me ? I put her on my bed and quickly reacted. I can't do that. I won't.
I quickly tell her to go to sleep as I leave my room. Walking to the living room I sigh and rub my eyes.
« What am I doing ? » I mumbled. Why was I acting this way ? It was probably due to the fact our business was interrupted this morning. Frustration, I hope.
I get up and goes to take a cold shower. It doesn't affect me. I have suffered much more. I feel my head ache a bit.
« Not this... » It was the Mara. It striked at the worst of time. I'll tell Kafka about it.
After, I went to the friend's room and sat on the bed. I don't think I'll sleep tonight. I'm so frustrated, I should get some sleep even thought the Mara will only get worst.

The next morning
I woke up hardly. I felt the Mara took on me more than last night.

« Bladie, where are you and where is Y/N ? » I read on my screen. Don't tell me we're late ? I didn't set an alarm, I usually don't need it.
I get up and rush to my room. She was here, sleeping peacefully.
« Wake up. »
She groaned and turned the other way around. What a brat. It was almost daylight already. We have to be to the QG at 7 A.M.
It was 6:40 A.M. Fuck.
I get near the bed and shake her until she wakes up.
« Hm...What... » she mumbled while dozing off.
« We're late for work. » I sounded as cold as I could. I did not forget last night. Why ?
I coughed, the Mara would not spare me, hm ?
« Are you okay ? » She looked worried. I hate it.
« Go get ready already. » I grabbed her by the arm and pushed her in the bathroom of my bedroom.
My body feels hot already ? Why is it striking so fast ?
« I'm ready. » I hear after 10 minutes of waiting in front of the main door of my house. So slow.
« Thanks to you we are late. »
« Wow, how nice of you. »
She looked offended but I didn't care. Did she think we somehow got close ? Never.
I opened the door and waited for her to leave.
« What's with you again ? »
I sigh and close the door as she goes out of my house.
« You, as always. »
She scoffed. I can't stand her even more with the Mara striking me.
I typed on my holographic watch and opened a door to teleport to work. Damn it. 7 : 05 A.M.
« How do I know it's not a trick ? »
I'm going to lose control again if she keeps going on with the petty attitude.
« You'll see. » I push her in before she can say anything more. I follow.

We get in the meeting room immediately. Good, now everyone is looking at us.
« I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. » I bow a bit to apologize. She's bright red. Of course, this dumb head just got ridiculous because of her own stupidity.
Kafka looks at me. She looks concerned, angry ?
« Please do not make it happen again. »
I nod and go sit down to listen.
« Why did you two come together ? » She whispered.
« It's complicated, Kafka. I'll tell you after. »
She looked at me concerned. She knew the Mara was striking.
« Hello, sorry for being late. » Another one ?
