Bonus Chapter #1

While you are waiting for the next chapter in the storyline, here is a synopsis of this universe. Feel free to skip this, as it doesn't affect the plot. I just needed to write something to help my Writer's block.

In the beginning, before even the smallest element was born, there was The Creator, an infinite collection of particles. The Creator existed amongst a frozen darkness and felt lonely. Out of this loneliness, the smallest parts of him began forming together, each in a different combination, creating the first atoms. As these atoms formed, the dimensions of time and space were created. Seeking a difference between his atoms and the darkness, he created light. Clusters of his atoms formed, creating the stars. Seeing that the light was good, each of his infinite atoms began duplicating themselves through frequency variation. These duplicates thus existed in alternate dimensions of space than their progenitor.

Across the newly formed multiverse, the elements amongst the stars began changing  according to their proximity to the stars. Thus, the first liquids and solids were born. Seeing that they were good, The Creator called gases together to form spheres around the solids and liquids. Seeing that these atmospheres were good, The Creator bound the liquids and solids to their spheres, this binding he called gravity. The Creator separated the liquids from the solids, and He called the solids Land.

The Creator found favor on a Land he called Earth. Seeing that the Earth was good, he called it to form structures of itself, each in a different configuration. Each configuration was called to produce seeds of itself. To mark the Earth's perception of time, The Creator bound the Earth to rotate around its nearest star and bound a structureless sphere to orbit the Earth. The other spheres followed suit, each with their own orbitational pull.

It was at this point in time that The Creator varied his creations amongst the frequencies of the multiverse.  In some universes, he created the supernatural, non-earthly mortals native to other galaxies, and/or mystical realms. Each creation deviated into random combinations. Despite every atom in every universe being an extension of the Creator, there is a limit to his interactive abilities within each parallel universe. At any moment in time, The Creator could only appear physically to his creations in one universe at a time. And when he chooses a universe to appear physically to, his knowledge of that universe's temporal events is limited. This is why, in some universes, he placed his Grace inside one of his purest creations, granting him a son. A son that was an alternate version of himself within the universe he was born.

In a handful of universes, The Creator granted artistic souls the ability to see into other universes. Artists such as Julie Plec and L.J. Smith were inspired by what they'd seen and turned them into forms of entertainment. It is in this universe that magic does not exist, however, angels do.

Within this universe, a Nephilim was born in 1960. This Nephilim was permitted to live if he vowed to not procreate. However, he fell deeply in love with a young woman and she fell pregnant. As punishment, he was banished from Earth. Forever unable to see his daughter Allison.

37 years later, the daughter of the Nephilim and her three half-sister's perished in a car accident. Her celestial energy surgered upon her death and instinctively sought to protect the souls of those in the vehicle. Unable to survive in it's born universe any longer, her Grace transported their four souls into a parallel universe that they had knowledge of.

Only able to inhabit vessels that did not yet have a soul, their four souls were placed inside of zygotes. The temporal beginnings of their souls, however, prevented them from inhabiting an unborn child until their fated time of conception. Therefore, each soul was reborn approximately the same time as fate deemed in their original universe.

This event exhausted the half-Nephilim's Grace and it layed dormant for 7 years. Upon physical contact with the vessel of another transported soul, the souls regained the memories of their past lives. This event allowed the Grace to awaken, and it was delighted to discover the existence of magic in its new universe. Together, the half-Nephilim's soul and Grace are able to harness the magic around it. Absorbing the new power they'd never before touched.

Within this new universe, celestial beings did not serve The Creator. Instead, they meddled with humans and sought to be worshipped. They called themselves Gods and Goddesses. In this Universe, the half-Nephilim could have children without celestial interference. Nephilim, or as this universe calls them, Demi-Gods, were not forbidden. Allison's Grace was soothed by this knowledge and vowed to mother powerful beings. To ensure this goal, her Grace bound her soul to the most powerful fertile immortal on Earth. An immortal she will soon be meeting.....
