The next day I woke up very late and felt my head pounding. All I wanted to do today was lie in bed but I knew my brother wanted to come with him for his training. I was his biggest support and he was mine. I put on comfortable clothes and a pair of sunglasses to avoid sunlight.
"are you ready" my brother asked with a smile on his face. "Of course I am," I replied back. It was clearly a lie. All Simon wanted was to make his father proud. And he had managed to make his father proud because they were going home tomorrow to sign a contract with Alpine. I felt like going to the hotel and sleeping. "I notice you are not interested, you can go home" I suddenly heard my father say. Without saying anything back, I got up to go home.
Once home, I went straight into the shower to cool off. I put on a playlist and washed. When I was done, I went to bed and scrolled through my social media. I noticed that I had received a new dm. I opened it and saw that it was Max who had written.

What does he mean by that? I didn't have time to think much before I had to change and get ready. After half an hour he texted that he was outside the hotel so went downstairs and texted my dad that I was going out. As I walked out I was greeted by a big grin from max. "How happy you look," he said, laughing. "hungover" I said back. I jumped in the car and he started to drive.
"God, it's nice," I said when I got out of the car. He just grinned and started walking towards the water. He took off his shirt and jumped in. "Are you afraid of water" he said when he saw that I didn't jump in the water. "let me change first" I said and took off my shorts and tank top. When I walked towards the water again, I saw him staring. "what is it" I said and met his eyes. "You should become a model, you're very pretty" he said and continued swimming.
Becoming a model was something I wanted to be but hadn't gotten an answer yet. I stepped in and swam out towards him. I had put my hair up in a bun so it wouldn't get wet, which he seemed to care about when he splashed water on me.
After a while we got up and sat in the sand. I then realized that I had forgotten a towel to dry myself. "I forgot my towel" I said a little surprisingly because he jumped a little. "we can share" he said and gave me his towel. I smiled at him and sat down next to him. We talked about everything possible. I enjoyed his presence, even though we hadn't known each other for long, things were never stiff between us.
"What's your dream job" he asked "I want to be a model, I've wanted to since I was little" I saw his smile widen as if his statement earlier in the evening was true. "What's stopping you then" he said finally. I thought for a while about everything that hindered me, but the biggest obstacle was that no one had contacted me. "I have applied for a few jobs but no one has responded yet" was my answer in the end.
I asked what his dream job was and he replied "I already have my dream job" and grinned at me. "What is it then" I asked as he did not elaborate on his answer. "I drive cars" huh? It could mean a lot of things. Didn't think any more about it and changed so we could go home again.
