many days had passed and it was now summer break for all the drivers so Simon and I had gone home to London to spend time with Dad. I had planned to visit mother's grave soon but there had been a lot of meetings regarding my collection that had taken up the time. I was lying in my bed when I heard that I had received a text.

Charlie ❤️:i miss you what are you doing

Fra:I've been thinking of visiting my mother's grave a little later, what are you doing?

Charlie ❤️:I'm out on some errands, I'll get back to you soon

I put my phone away and put on some clothes and went downstairs to dad and Simon. they sat and talked about formula 1. even though Simon had a break, he couldn't stop talking about the sport. if it had been a year ago I wouldn't have bothered because I didn't know anything, but now it was interesting to listen to.

"I was thinking of going to see mom, should I buy something to take home later?"Both Simon and Dad thought for a while but finally decided that I should buy ingredients home so we could cook later. I put on my shoes and went out the door. i borrowed dad's black mercedes and started driving towards the flower shop to buy some beautiful tulips before i could go to mom's grave.

I arrived at the cemetery and parked the car and walked a few minutes before I arrived at the right grave. "hi mom, I've missed you" I said and put the flowers nicely next to it. I started talking about everything that had happened since I was there last and what the plans for the rest of the year were.

i heard someone coming behind me but thought it was someone else visiting someone close so i didn't turn around. the person came closer and sat next to me and that's when I turned around and saw that it was Charles.

"what are you doing here, I thought you were in Monaco" I said surprised and hugged him. I noticed he had a bouquet of tulips in his hand and my heart melted at that moment."I came to see you and when I heard you were going to your mother I wanted to see her, I also bought tulips because I remember they were her favorite flowers"

How could I be so lucky to have him in my life? my eyes began to water at his nice gesture and that he seemed to respect my mother even though she was gone. he placed his flowers next to mine and then he held me.

I introduced Charles to mother and we told her everything that had happened between us and how our relationship looked now. I knew mother had been happy for me. we sat there for two hours before it was time for me to leave.

"where are you going now" I asked after I realized I didn't know where he was going to sleep."your dear brother has already arranged everything" he said and then I realized that he would be sleeping at our house and that he would have to see dad.

"okay, but first we have to go to the store and buy food" I said and he jumped into the car with me.

we drove for a few minutes before we arrived at the store and I told him to stay in the car because I couldn't stand everyone taking pictures of us. he understood and I then went in and bought what I was going to buy. it went quickly inside the store so I was out after five minutes.
