The calm before the storm - Max Verstappen x Charles Leclerc

I checked the weather app and saw that it would be colder in the evening. I put on a black tight dress that only had one short sleeve. I looked at myself in the mirror and admired myself before I started putting on my makeup. I chose to do a light make-up with a light brown eyeshadow. I knew I looked good but now all I had to do was curl my hair before I was done. Kika was coming by and picked up a dress she was going to borrow so I had given out my hotel key so she didn't have to knock.

"BU" shouted Kika as she jumped out from behind the door. I got scared and accidentally burned myself on the curling iron at the back of my neck. "oh shit" I swore as I looked at the badge while Kika laughed. "I'm going to get ice," she said when she noticed that I was in pain. After a few seconds she came rushing in with a bag of ice. "why did you have to scare me" I asked and put the ice on my neck. "I didn't know you were easily scared and would burn yourself" she laughed as she started looking for the dress she was going to borrow.

"When is Max coming to pick you up" she asked when she came back from her search. "in about 30 minutes, when are you and Pierre leaving" I asked and finally finished my hair. "we'll be leaving in about 20 minutes" I considered asking what their argument had been about but wasn't sure if now was the right time.

"I see you want to ask what happened, his ex wrote to him and wanted him back and he didn't say anything to me which made me react. After that it just worked out but we kind of worked it out" she said looking away to avoid my reaction. "You have every right to react to that, I would have thought it strange if Max or someone hid something like that from me"

After that it just worked out but we kind of worked it out," she said and looked away to avoid my reaction "You have every right to react to that, I would have thought it was weird if Max or someone hid something like that from me"

"Are you ready" Max asked and gently grabbed my waist and led me into the room. "yes I've started to get used to this" I said laughing. Max opened the door for me and I entered. I was greeted by a luxurious overview and I immediately noticed that this is where all the rich people came in the evenings. Max came from behind and hugged me and told a joke that made me laugh.

CHARLES POV:

I was sitting next to Pierre talking when I saw Francesca come through the door. All I could do when I saw her was gape. Her dress was shaped to her body and her hair was fine. All of her was perfect.

Then I saw that Max came and hugged her from behind and said something that made her laugh. Her laugh was one of the most beautiful things I had ever heard. I became jealous that she was no longer mine but Verstappen's. I followed her with my eyes and saw that Lando and Daniel walked up to them and talked for a while. "Earth to Leclerc" said Pierre, snapping his fingers in front of me. "what did you say" I said confused. I had my gaze still fixed on the girl I wanted and Pierre followed it and saw who it was that had my full attention.
