We finally arrived in Australia after an interesting flight. Me and the boys took a taxi to the hotel, apparently we were staying at the same hotel. I hadn't had any contact with my brother or my father since he threw me out so was afraid to face them during the race. When we arrived at the hotel and took the elevator up, we saw that Max would live on the other side of the corridor. It was good because then the three of us could be with each other. Charles and I went into our hotel room and I stopped and just gaped, It was so cozy. "do you like it" Charles said when he saw my expression.
I chose not to answer him but walked around to take it all in. Our room had 2 beds so we didn't have to share a bed. But really, who turns down sharing a bed with a handsome guy? After we had unpacked, we heard a knock on the door. Charles went to open while I remained in the room and unpacked. After a couple of seconds I went out to check who it was, it was Max who had brought out food. When we sat down to start eating, I saw that there was an extra plate of food. "Whose is it?" I asked Max, pointing to the plate. "well it's-" he didn't have time to finish the sentence before there was another knock on the door. This time it was the maximum that opened
"You're just in time Daniel" he said and hugged the guy outside the door. Who was Daniel? "hello I'm Daniel Ricciardo, Max's best friend" he said and went in for a hug "I'm Francesca" I said after he let me go. He looked at me and then at the guys behind me and grinned. We sat down again to eat and Daniel was very forward and easy to talk to. After we had eaten, I picked up everyone's leftovers and went to throw it away. The guys, on the other hand, started playing and were so aware that they didn't hear how I got a call.
Hi, it's Louise again. I have talked and asked around a bit and they can accommodate a photoshoot for you tomorrow if it okey for you.
Hi, yes it's okey. im excited for it.
We'll talk more about the plan tomorrow and then I'll hang up. I went out to the guys again and watched them play. Daniel leaned forward and whispered "you know they both like you, right" I noticed how I got annoyed and red in the face because they made him start laughing. Charles and Max looked at us when they heard Daniel laughing. "What's so fun" asked Max and looked at us confused. "It's a secret," laugh Daniel and wink at me. Was it true? Did both like me?
It was getting late so we decided to get ready to sleep while the others went to their own hotel rooms. "Tomorrow is media day for me so I probably won't be home when you wake up" I replied with an okay and lay down in my bed and he did the same. I fell asleep very quickly because I was always exhausted after a flight. After 3 hours I woke up needing to pee so I snuck to the toilet so as not to wake Charles who was sleeping. When I got back to my bed after I finished using the toilet, I saw that he had woken up. "Sorry did I wake you up" I asked in a quiet voice. "no you didn't" he answered back in his tired voice. We locked eye contact for a while before falling back to sleep. This night I dreamed about Charles, so it was the second time I dreamed about him.
I woke up to find that Charles had already left for his media day so I didn't have to worry about waking him up. I got dressed and moved towards the place where I was going to be photographed. Was more nervous this time than last time because now Louise was not there to support me. But when I arrived, everyone was as nice as the photographers in France. I was going to be the face of a new clothing company. This was something that made me extra nervous. When I had changed into my clothes and the photoshoot was finished, I felt a sense of pride in myself. All the photographers were proud that I was a natural talent in their eyes.
