Tuesday 21st May

4.58PM
As Parker walked in the bedroom, the one that stood out too him, the one he knew was hers.. he saw Kayla on her bed just sitting on the side of it, looking down to the floor.

Parker walked over to the bed and sat beside her, putting his arm over her shoulder, bringing her body closer to his, she leant her head on his arm, feeling safe.

'Hey, it's alright..' he said in a soft voice.

5:02PM
The both of them had stayed on the bed, just talking to each other. Then Freddie walked in, 'i got some chicken strips for you guys, and a big bottle of lemonade' he said as he lifted the heavy bottle up to his head.

'Look how big it is!!' Parker and Kayla looked at each other and just bursted out laughing. 'Thanks Freddie' she said with a smile.

5:07PM
Parker and Kayla laid out the mini chicken strips on her bed and both had their individual plates. It was all set up like a mini picnic date, except the fact that their families were right downstairs but they didn't care about any of that.

'Ok so I counted up all he chicken strips and it's odd. Sooo who's getting the odd one?' Parker said, hinting it to be him.

'You want it don't you?' Kayla said as she passed the chicken strip to him.

'Thank you, piano girl. I am forever in your debt' Parker said sarcastically.

5:28PM
It was coming up to 5:30 and the adults said the dinner would only be an hour long, so it was time for Parker to go soon. Kayla didn't want him to go, Parker didn't want to leave her either. They both made each other happy when they were near.

'PARKER TIME TO GO' Mr Monroe shouted up the stairs as Parker was grabbing the remaining of his chicken strips.

He took the last one and ate it whole. Kayla was stunned and lost for words.

'au revoir mon amour' Parker said as he kissed her on the cheek. He held her hands while doing so, never letting go.

'Have you had something other than the lemonade!? You are not acting like yourself. At all' Kayla said as she looked concerned.

'I'm fine, piano girl. You deserve the best and I'm giving you the best.' He said while giving her one last kiss before letting go of her hands and leaving the room.

As Kayla hears the footsteps descend down the stairs, she just felt like she had a dream. An amazing dream. She lay on her bed, thinking about Parker once again. The special moments they had together.
