CHRIS'S POV
chris smiled down at his phone because eliza didn't shut down the complete idea of dating him, his feelings for her came back but he was never completely sure they went away.
he started to get ready to see liz's cat, in all honesty, he was a dog person and didn't even really like cats but it was different this time because it was eliza's cat.
ELIZA'S POV
2 hours later
it was now 11:59 and chris was at her door, he was never a minute late. but most the time it was him on time or early.
my cat, oscar ran to the door purring and scratching my leg. I opened it and smiled as i hugged chris, he smelt nice today.
"hey" i smile, "hey" he replies but is soon cut off when he looks down and sees oscar by my foot and his face softens, "oh my gosh, hey little guy"
i smile as he picks oscar up, "what's his name" he asks,
"oscar" i say and he smiles as he's fussing oscar.
I take a picture of him with oscar, mainly because of oscar but also because chris looked really nice today, his eyes were really popping and they looked beautiful.
I was looking up at him as he was looking at oscar, how was it humanly possible to look this beautiful when he probably didn't even put any effort in
"wanna go upstairs" i ask and he nods, "can oscar come with" he asks looking down at me with oscar in his arms, "yeah of course, he sleeps in my room anyway" i shrug smiling and he smiles even bigger, "i'm gonna be sleeping over A LOT more" he says emphasising the a lot.
around 5 hours later
I was lay down on my bed with my head on chris's shoulder and oscar was lay in between our legs with his head popping up occasionally when chris stopped fussing him.
I open my phone and post the picture of chris.
