chapter 51🎀

CHRIS'S POV

eliza slept over in our room last night because she was so tired, she practically fell asleep as soon as her head hit the pillow. but because there was only two beds in our room, matt had to sleep by nick. but neither of them minded because none of us wanted to wake her up.

we woke up at around seven as we had to leave by half eight, nine o clock. i don't know why we were leaving so early as our flight was at twelve, madi says it could be busy at the airport but nine times out of ten it was always super quiet there and we were probably just gonna be sat around for hours waiting to board the flight.

i felt eliza turn over to face me and i turned to her, she could ovbiosuly feel my gaze because she smiled but her eyes were still closed. "stop staring" she mumbles and i laugh quietly, "i cant stare at my girlfriend?" i ask and she shakes her head, "no, i look like a mess because i've just woken up" she replies and i scoff and roll my eyes, "you never look a mess, trust me" i reply. i take both my hands and cup her cheeks, i then lean forward and plant a kiss on her head and she smiles.

"i don't wanna go home" eliza says while rubbing her eyes, "i know, it feels like we've been here for like a week but it's been a month" i reply and she nods while stretching and sitting up, "i'm gonna go shower, wake me up a bit" she says and i nod. i hate showering in the morning so i'll probably just have a quick one when we get home.

i open my phone and scroll through instagram, before i choose to get up and get my clothes out for the day.

i get out some black joggers, a ransom tee and a black cap. i lay them on the desk chair and get back in bed, it would only take me like five minutes to get ready anyways.

"what time have we got to take the van?" i ask hoping matt or nick was awake so i didn't have to wake them up, "like eight" matt answers and i look over to their beds, matt was lay down and nick was on his phone, "oh, is ella getting us from there?"
"yeah" he nods and so do i going back to my phone.

just then someone knocked on our door and nick got up to open it, as he was the closest. madi was in the doorway already ready with some clothes, "clothes for eliza" she says handing them to nick and he nods while knocking on the bathroom door to give them to eliza.

madi invites herself in and looks at me and matt, who was still in bed, "you guys aren't up?" she glares and we both groan. madi rolls her eyes, "if your not ready then we'll go without you"
"we'll be ready oh my fuck" matt laughs and madi just walks towards the door, "see you" she smiles and we all smile back.

eliza comes out of the bathroom and she's wearing a brown hoodie with some white joggers, "i'm gonna go do my makeup, i'll be back" she smiles before making her way over to me. eliza hugs me and i hug her back, "bye guys" she smiles and we all wave.

"all right, i'm going to get changed" nick says getting some clothes from the suitcase and matt looks up from the pillow, "i will next" he says so clearly, im last getting ready.

ELIZA'S POV

i stand outside of mine and the girls room and knock on the door waiting to be let in, cami opens the door and walks back over to the desk to continue blending her concealer.

"did you enjoy your little sleepover" she smiles at me and i roll my eyes jokingly, "it was okay, fell asleep straight away though" i laugh and so does cami.

i look around the room as i can't find madi and furrow my brows, "where's madi?" i ask and cami points to the bathroom door, "brushing her teeth" she replies and i nod. i make my way to the  bathroom as i also have to brush my teeth, "hey" i say and madi widens her eyes as she can't reply to me with words.

i brush my teeth and go and do my makeup and hair, my hair was in a low ponytail and i was only wearing concealer and eyebrow gel. i knew i shouldn't sleep in makeup but it's better to fall asleep in just concealer than a full face plus, i would be super tired when we get back because we are pretty much travelling all day.

i was either going to quickly wipe it off when we get home because we land at around six, i would probably have an early night though.

8 am

we were all sat in the lobby waiting for matt to come down, he was meant to be ready after nick but matt didn't want to get out of bed apparently so he was getting ready now.

"he literally has nothing really to do to be ready except for getting changed and brushing his teeth" madi complains, she was stressed because she didn't want to miss the flight. but we weren't going to anyways.

matt comes down and walks towards the sofa, "i'm here" he makes himself known and madi looks up from the chair, "oh my fuck it's about time, we have to take the van" she rolls her eyes and we all stand up, we didn't want to get on madi's bad side now as she's already stressed.

we drive to the car place and the car ride was mostly silent, apart from the coughs and sneezes that were going on.

i fell asleep a couple of times on chris, but when we got there he woke me up. "you guys want any breakfast?" matt asks us and nobody answers, "i'm not hungry right now but i can run to the store across the street to get some food for the airport?" i offer and everyone nods at me, "i'll come" chris says and i smile.

i link our arms and we walk to the store, "what do we get" i say and chris shrugs, "we'll see when we get there"

me and chris find a corner store and we walk around the aisle and he finds some pastry's in a packet, "these?" he asks crouching down to pick some up, they had pain au chocolat's and filled croissants but also normal ones.

i nod at him and get some too, "should we get one of each for everyone?" i say and he nods. he grabs six of each as there is six of us and we walk to the check out, we looked like idiots with eighteen pastry's but we didn't care.

we paid and then walked back to the car place, we put the pastry's in the bag and waited for ella to take us to the airport. i really didn't want to leave.
