Ch 2 | Without You

One month eventually became three, then three months became six. Time was passing quicker than ever and life was slowly starting to feel less real with every coming day.
The skies weren't as bright as they used to be, and life didn't feel as carefree and fun as it used to be.

Nothing felt real anymore; nothing was the same.
By now, the grief would've ended and they would've found themselves again, but life didn't go as lucky as that. If it did then they wouldn't be rethinking their life choices on the day it happened.

May 26th.

Was the day it happened.

Now the day is currently 29 November and it has been a little over six months. Ever since that day, nothing had been the same and none of them were able to get over her death so quickly.
After multiple therapy sessions, nothing seemed to work and it felt like this would go on forever.

It would never get better, he told himself. Nothing would ever be the same. Maybe life was supposed to end this way, and nothing good would ever happen to make it any better.

This is how life will stay in the future. Without her, he is nothing.

"Taehyung what are you doing?" His friend attempted to grab his arm, but Taehyung pulled away and frowned at him.
"Just leave. I need space." Taehyung yelled and Jungkook hesitantly let go of his arm.

Jimin wasn't the only one grieving; Someone else who loved her more than anyone had a part in it.

"I can't trust you. I know you're going to do something stupid!" Jungkook begged and grabbed hold of his wrist again, to which Taehyung yanked his arm away from him.

"What I do isn't any of your business! Just... please. Leave me alone." He turned his back on him and proceeded walking forward, away from him. Jungkook couldn't just let this happen so easily. Taehyung hadn't been acting himself for these past months. It had to end.

"Every time I've left you alone you've done something bad. How do I know you won't do it this time?" Jungkook grabbed his shoulder and pulled him forward to face him, causing Taehyung to roll his eyes.

"Trust me, I know what I'm doing. Just let me do what I need to do."

"Well, I don't trust you," Jungkook spoke with a cold tone and it even made Taehyung shudder in fear at his sudden change in tone.

"Well, you should." Taehyung gulped in fear and then turned around to leave. "Don't follow me." He stopped in his tracks to speak, then began walking forward again.
