I sat there for what felt like hours and I didn't feel like standing back up. I just wanted to sit there and drown myself in my thoughts for all eternity.
But I knew it wasn't possible.

My phone that was in my pocket had buzzed once again but this time I didn't pick it up and I let the notifications flow in without me looking at them.
I didn't have the power to speak to that guy, he's been causing too many problems in my life and I didn't wanna hear any of it.

I just need space.

So I ran out of school, bypassing everyone that came in my way. I knew a way to sneak out of school so I did it without any care of the results.
There's no point anymore so why should I care about what they do to me?

No one even cares anyway.

"Hey, where is Y/N?" Taehyung said, swiftly looking around.
But his eyes didn't meet with hers. He merely brushed it off.

"She's probably just getting out of class, she'll be here soon." Jungkook proclaimed, sitting down on the cafeteria table and pulling out his drink to take a small sip of it.

They both sat down and had a normal conversation like they do every day. Nothing seemed irregular or out of place so they had no reason to suspect anything extraordinary.
Everything was fine and everything was going well for now.

MEANWHILE
She looked around every corner and in every room that she was in but she failed every time. Her heart was nearly pounding out of her chest and the anxiousness that formed inside her wasn't making it any better in the slightest.

Something was wrong. Y/N would've been out of class already and she wasn't. Seojin knew what class Y/N was taking and she even searched there, but she didn't find her there at all.

But her hope wasn't shattered yet, there were still places she could look.

The girl's bathroom.

Y/N usually goes there when times are rough and to have quiet times so it wouldn't be so out of the ordinary for her to be there.
They have shared a few recollections in there as well, such as their first makeup session and much more.

She briskly ran to the girl's bathroom and breathed heavily in and out when she arrived, trying to regain her breath. But Y/N wasn't in there for all she knew. Maybe in the cubicles, she was.

But she wasn't.

The bathroom was empty.

Not a single soul was there except for her.

With her breathing becoming quicker, she felt all of her hopes come crashing down. Y/N would've been here already yet she wasn't. Just where is she and where did she go? Surely she couldn't have gone too far.
