The space next to Sidon was empty the next time he awoke. Sidon managed to move onto his side and stretch while looking around the room. Soon after, the shark prince sank to the side of the bed, his stomach shifting and wobbling as he scratched the exposed skin instinctively. Sidon stood there, watching his stomach drop slightly as he waddled into the living room. "Link?" He called out while examining the living room.

The blonde hero poked his head from the kitchen with a wide smile. "You're awake! I was worried you would miss breakfast." He replied, bouncing out of the small kitchen and pecked the other male on the cheek. "Why don't you go sit down and I'll finish breakfast then we can head out." He suggested nudging his head toward the couch.

Sidon cocked his head to the side, "Where are we going?" He quizzed.

"Please don't get mad, but I wanted to go to the beach today and relax a little. Maybe order some drinks and hang out. It's been forever since you've gone swimming so I thought it would be a good idea." Link rambled.

The other male pressed his lips into a thin line, letting out a small sigh. "Alright, sounds good." He replied as the blonde male set the plates down onto the coffee table.

The other male's eyes widened, then returned to normal size a few moments later. "That was surprisingly easy." He thought watching Sidon shovel food into his mouth.

Once breakfast was finished, Link disappeared into the bedroom, grabbing a couple of shovels and pails. Tossing them onto the bed while he rummaged through the dresser finding a couple pairs of swim trunks. Skipping back into the living room, the blonde handed the shark a large bright yellow with pink flowers trunks, then went to go change. Afterward, Link reappeared from the bedroom wearing his blue trunks, with a towel hanging from his shoulder. Sidon helped the other male gather everything, before leaving the hotel. As they walked down the cobblestone path, the shark could feel everyone's eyes on him. Feeling his cheeks darkening, Link intertwined his fingers with the other male's smirking softly. As they continued Sidon's eyes shifted around the town, noticing small groups of citizens would watch them before ducking their head away from the couple giggling.

"Are you okay?" Link quizzed softly.

"Y-Y-Yeah, but not used to being so exposed this much to people other than you." He answered.

"They're just mesmerized by your belly, just like everyone else they worship your new growth." The blonde answered.

"How do you know?" Sidon hissed.

Link chuckled softly, "Because that's what I would do." He replied, gently patting the other's stomach.

"Not everyone is as kinky as you are..." Sidon muttered.

Link barked out a laugh, "I guess not..." He spoke.

Link sunk his toes into the sand as he laid the towel down as soon as they were at the beach. Sidon waddled along the seashore for a few minutes, touching the water with his toes before leaping in. The shark swam for a few minutes before taking a breath and diving deeper into the ocean. Link paused for a few moments before proceeding to the neighboring tiki hut, where he ordered beverages and food before returning to their camp. For five minutes, Link sipped his drink and nibbled on snacks before Sidon popped his head out of the water. "Are you just going to sit there and watch me like a pet swimming around in their bowl?" He quizzed.

"I wanted to let you have your moment before joining you." Link answered, with a small chuckle.

"You just watched to watch me get wet." Sidon countered.

"I will admit the view is better than anything." Link said.

"Get in here already, hero." Sidon huffed rolling his eyes.

Link smirked, finishing his drink and food before walking toward the shoreline. Sidon leaned against a nearby rock watching the male. The blonde male dipped his toe into the freezing water shivering slightly, "Dude it's cold." He whined.

"You've traveled in snow, how is this different?" Sidon asked, arching an eyebrow.

"I had clothing to protect me from the elements." The hero argued.

"Stop whining and get in the water Link, I'm drying up already." Sidon demanded, diving back into the water.

Link stepped out into the water till the cold water hit his knees. Shivering, the male took a deep breath before diving into the deep sea, blinking a few times to adjust his eyes to the blackness of the water. Sidon then materialized next to the blonde male, placing his arms around him. They stared at each other for a long time, till Link began to have problems breathing. Sidon swiftly grabbed the male's wrist and dragged him to the surface. Link panted quietly as water fell from his hair. "I said come for a swim, not drown yourself." The shark laughed.

"I wanted a big strong man to save me." Link gasped.

Sidon rolled his eyes, snorting softly. "You never stop do you?" He quizzed.

"Never..." Link admitted with a smirk.

Sidon locked his gaze on Link for a moment before immediately releasing him, watching the panic in his eyes rise as he swiftly waved his arms around him, generating big waves. After a few moments Sidon scooped Link from the water, gently pat his back as he coughed into his fist. "That was rude." He stammered.

"That's what you get for being so kinky." The shark answered with a smile.

The pair swam around for another hour, it was more Sidon swam while Link was stranded on a rock where the other male could watch him and make sure he didn't kill himself. After the male was done swimming, the shark carried the blonde back to shore, wrapping the towels around him then slumped down next to him. "Thanks for this, I didn't realize how much I missed home..." He sighed.

"Anytime, all you have to do is tell me and we can come here anytime." Link replied, setting a hand on the other's knee. "Since you almost drowned me, can I convince you to build a sandcastle with me?" He added.

"You almost drowned yourself, but since you endured the water for me, sure." The shark shrugged.

Link let out a happy squeak before scrambling out of the towels and snatched the shovels and pails from the bag and tossed one of them in front of Sidon. "First we need a lot of wet sand." He instructed.

Sidon saluted the male before rising to his feet and carrying both buckets toward the coast. Meanwhile, Link scooped out the space and drew the outline of the castle; when Sidon returned, Link began building, putting wet sand into a small pile and combining dry sand with the mixture before beginning. As the sun began to set as the couple finished their castles, Sidon let out a yawn and handed Link another bucket of sand. The shark observed the male stroll around the construction, pouring the last bucket adjacent to the tower and piercing the top with a little flag. "I declare Sid castle complete!" he exclaimed.

"It looks great Link." Sidon smiled, yawning once more.

"Thank you!" Link exclaimed, arching an eyebrow. "Someone's sleepy." He teased.

"I exercised a lot today, it's your fault I'm so tired." The other snapped groggily.

"Let's get you home and into bed." Link smiled softly, wrapping an arm around the other male, and then started gathering their stuff, and then finally started walking back toward the hotel.
