Sidon looked down at the cotton trousers and tunic Link had prepared for him the morning before. His lips tightened into a grimace as he lifted the pants and tried to tug them up. He knew there would be trouble when the material seemed to end at his thighs and the thick material bit into his plump flesh as he struggled to tug them higher. As a last attempt, the shark bounced on his balls to gain some momentum, and, as expected, it only made his bulging belly bulge and bounce with him. The sides of his body began to wobble and ripple, spreading out to his chest as they did. "God damn it, Link!" the shark grumbled under his breath, gasping for breath. Once the pants were on, Sidon moved on to the shirt, knowing full well that it would not cover his belly and newly formed breasts. But he'd give the blonde elf a show, pulling the tunic over his head, Sidon pulled the fabric down only for it to bunch up around the curve of his stomach. Growling, the shark pulled the fabric a few times only for it to snap back into place.
"Having some trouble?" Link called smugly from the doorway.
"Shut up, you knew these wouldn't fit." Sidon snarled.
"I'm hurt that you think that way babe," The blonde male said gesturing to himself with a fake hurt expression.
"No you're not, you enjoy this." The shark whispered.
"How about we go into town and try and find some new clothing before we leave. If we want to get to the next settlement on time we need to leave soon." Link suggested.
"What about the citizens?" Sidon questioned.
"What about them?" Link countered arching an eyebrow.
"I'm worried they'll comment on my weight." Sidon admitted.
"The citizens look at you as of a god with this weight Sid, they know you're well taken care of and worship you." Link reassured, sitting next to the shark prince.
Sidon thought to himself for a long moment, before letting out a sigh. "Alright, do you think we can send a letter home before we leave as well?" He asked.
"Sure babe, let's find you a better shirt and head out." Link beamed.
Sidon and Link left the hotel and joined with the town's busy streets ten minutes later. Each of the locals would compliment Sidon's bulging abdomen as they continued down the gravel road, handing Link something from their baskets as they did so. Link would thank them with a bow before they moved further down the street, an hour later they finally made it to the small clothing shop. Sidon stood at the doorway, hands in his pockets, while Link walked through the small shop picking different clothing for both of them. Sidon stared at the smaller male for a moment, chewing on the inside of his cheek while Link shoved some clothing into his hands pushing the shark toward a small closest.
Stripping quickly, Sidon played with the fabric for a few minutes. "Hey Link?" He called.
"What's up babe? Need some help?" The other joked.
Sidon rolled his eyes, smirking softly. "N-No, have you thought about what you're going to do after this?" He asked.
Link's thoughts was racing as he said to himself. After this, what was he going to do? His initial intention was to be with Sidon at his home and possibly make frequent trips back and forth. Then his thoughts returned to Zelda, the princess, and he realized that there was no guarantee that Gannon had been defeated; he might still be recovering before retaking Hyrule. When Sidon emerged from the closet wearing looser clothing while still displaying his curves and frowning, Link realized he had been pondering for too long. He finally said, "I was thinking about staying with you."
Sidon's frown stayed on his face as he nodded, "What about Zelda?" He quizzed.
"She'll find a new hero, you need me now. Who else will feed you and give you belly rubs when you stuff yourself too full." Link smiled, gently punching the other on the shoulder.
"Mean it?" Sidon asked, wrapping a hand around his arm.
"Of course, I want to be with you Sid." The blonde hero stated.
"I want to stay with you too." Sidon smirked, punching Link back gently.

Link took a minute to study the map on the bed while tracing the route around the mountain with his finger. With Sidon's weight, he wouldn't soon be able to walk by himself, which put a nice image into his thoughts. He bit down on his bottom lip to prevent himself from muttering at the thought. His eyes cast over toward the sleeping shape next to him. Even while it was entertaining to watch Sidon bounce as he walked, it wasn't entertaining to hear the shark panting and puffing following the hero as they traveled across Hyrule. At some point Link was going to have to start considering a way to transport Sidon to and from easier than walking. They still had the wagon from the last town they could use for now, but sooner or later Sidon would outgrow it.
Link sighed and cast an approving glance at the tiny scroll resting on the nightstand. He still needed to deliver Sidon's letter, which required rolling the map back up, getting the letter, and kissing the shark on the cheek before exiting the room. The man swiftly returned to the stores to begin purchasing goods after dropping off the letter, and he then began packing the wagon. After loading the wagon with their provisions, Link began loading their belongings while periodically checking in with Sidon.
"What are you doing?" Sidon asked, while Link came back into the room.
"Packing up and getting the wagon ready for us to leave tomorrow morning." The blonde hero smiled.
Sidon pushed himself from the doorway, shuffling into the small living room and sat down on the couch. Link watched his stomach roll forward as it took up his lap, while his large moobs sat on the curve of his stomach. "Did the locals give us anything good for dinner?" He yawned.
Link chuckled softly, "Always thinking with your stomach." He stated, picking up one of the baskets the locals showered them with. "Looks like they gave us some good meats and cheeses, I can whip something up for dinner after I am done." He said.
"That's too long, I'm hungry now Linky." Sidon whined, running a hand down his stomach.
"You can wait, don't be a brat." Link smirked setting the basket into the kitchen.
"Being a brat made me grow this big," Sidon declared, leaning back and thumping his stomach. Then chuckled as Link's cheeks turned darker, staring at his abdomen before hurriedly looking away.
"Do you know what you're going to do afterward?" Link suddenly asked. Sidon cocked his head to the side, arching his eyebrow. "This morning you asked me what I was going to do after this, now I am asking you." Link continued.
"Oh, well before this my father wanted me to take over the clan. So I will probably be expected to do that, but since you'll be staying with us he might expect a wedding." Sidon said with a large smile.
"W-W-Wedding?" Link stammered.
"We don't have to get married right away, but I would like to spend the rest of my life with you. Like you said, who would feed me and give me belly rubs when I overdo myself." Sidon explained.
Link chewed on the inside of his cheek. Prior to this, he had never considered getting married. Of course he was thinking about destroying Ganon and keeping Zelda safe. Although he adored the shark and desired to be with him, he wasn't sure if he was ready to marry Sidon. "D-D-Do we have to, too?" He mumbled.
Sidon inhaled and exhaled slowly, "No, I love you Link and if you want to wait then I'll wait for you." Sidon said taking the blonde male's hand into his and kissed it.
