"Thanks for coming, Stardust! We love you!"

When the girls were out of the stage, Misuk quickly held onto a staff member to take her shoes off while she whispered a few curse words in English.

Being the shortest member wasn't fun at all. She hated heels, even more dancing in them.

The pre recording for this week's Music Bank was finally over and Nova get congratulated by everyone for it. The girls were also in competition to win first place today.

After two years in the industry, five comebacks, multiple music shows wins, a lot of awards and a tour that had just finished, Nova was a known and established 4th generation group.

Apart from all the glitz and glam, Misuk got what she wanted in the first place. Becoming a songwriter. She still couldn't believe there were songs out there with words she wrote.

Debuting in a mid sized company was way harder than she thought it would be, but it made the three girls appreciate everything much more. They were the reason their company started to get much more income and it only got better when another girl group, one that was very anticipated, debuted a year after them.

One of the reasons she loved coming to Music Bank was seeing Wonyoung, who's the MC of the show, alongside Sunghoon. Yeah, he was the one that ended up being an MC and not her.

Misuk's jaw dropped when he told her he auditioned for it. The not talkative and shy Sunghoon she knew? Impossible. But he ended up getting the job and has been doing amazing since then.

Walking back to Nova's waiting room barefoot was not very idol of Misuk but she couldn't feel her feet anymore so she didn't care much about the weird stares she was getting.

A sudden smell of coffee woke her up and she desperately looked around, trying to find the source of it. Nothing. Maybe her mind was playing tricks on her.

"Can I sleep for a bit?"

Comeback promotions were probably the most tiring activities for idols.

The girls had to wake up early to get hair and makeup done, then do pre recordings, go back to the waiting room, check everything is alright, maybe a quick fan event outside of the building, go back inside and just wait for the live show, the interview and the award ceremony. Fun, right?

They have to spend hours and hours awake, moving from here to there, strolling around being sleep deprived and they're supposed to do the same thing again the next day. All this while people expect you to not make a single tiny mistake. And smile, be happy, and nice to everyone.

"Just for some minutes, Misuk" Hana, our manager, said and she thanked the skies for it. Normally she doesn't let her.

Misuk started moving things around on the couch, trying to make a space for herself and when she did, she laid down and closed her eyes. Time to shut off.

But, as usual, he came straight into her mind.

What is he doing right now? Maybe reading his script? Or getting ready? She wasn't sure. All she knew is she was really excited to see him.

The pair had plans of going out for dinner after the show, even though Misuk's manager was convinced it was not good idea. It's not like Misuk cared anyway.

Jenn's laugh startled Misuk a little bit but she was far too deep in her sleep at this point.

What if he isn't as excited as she is to see him?
