"Hello, idiot! Oh, I thought you were alone. Sorry, hello everyone."

Misuk fully bowed to Enhypen's staff and their laughs filling the entirety of the hall made her more embarrassed.

"Let's hurry" Sunghoon smiled and she nodded, ready for it. He mumbled a "cute" that she didn't heard.

"I know the choreo already, but let's go through it once so I don't mess it up."

"You know it already?" he asked cheekily. Misuk hit his arm in return. "Were you seeing my fancams?"

The girl rolled her eyes, "You are not funny."

The pair revised the choreos and they get to the filming part afterwards. Both staffs were used to their bickering and found it extremely adorable. Everyone could tell how close they were just by the way they looked at each other.

Hana was staring, like she always does, scanning everything going on. She was scared of Misuk's feelings and a potential mess happening if those were reciprocated. On the other hand, Enhypen's manager wanted Sunghoon to be happy, not caring much about the rest. A blatant difference.

"Dinner together?" Sunghoon proposed and Misuk accepted in a second. "I'll tell the boys, you can invite Hana and Jenn too."

Sunghoon wanted to hug Misuk before leaving but she didn't noticed so she just bowed and waved at him awkwardly. He didn't thought much of it until he overheard her manager saying "Yeah, I already gave your number to Minhee-ssi."

He was utterly confused so he just stood there, looking at her wavy hair move side to side while she gracefully walked away.

She gave her number to a guy? A Minhee?

Sunghoon went back into the waiting room and launched himself into a chair, feeling completely defeated. Why didn't she told him? Why was he so jealous? He suddenly wanted to get drunk.

Jay saw his friend, all miserable, and got intrigued by it. Wasn't he supposed to be filming a TikTok with Misuk. "Bro, you look so sad"

Sunghoon lets out a deep sigh, "Why does the world hate me?

"Was Misuk-ah so bad at learning the dance?"

"Worse. She gave her number to a Minhee."

Jay held his laughter in, "I'm sorry, a Minhee?"

"I don't know any Minhees!" Sunghoon screams. "Do you know one?"

"Cravity's Minhee, her label mate?"

Sunghoon widened his eyes and looked at his friend like he just saved a puppy. Park Jongseong knew this was serious for the boy so instead of making a joke about how they look alike, he patted his head and left him alone.

The whole group was aware of severity of his feelings, Sunghoon was the only who didn't accepted them yet.

"Are we doing something for dinner?" Ni-ki asked, getting inside the van.

"Oh, I told Mimi we should have dinner together. Her group and us."

Jake and Ni-ki share a quick look, one Sunghoon finds suspicious, but he wasn't in the mood to ask about it. Those two confirmed their attendance and the rest of the boys were too tired to join so they decide to stay in instead.

The maknae takes the lead and starts looking for a good restaurant nearby the hotel while Sunghoon stared at Misuk's KakaoTalk profile. That's how he was able to see her sudden change of profile picture. She switched her Taylor Swift picture to a selca. She never puts a selca.

Sunoo, who was sitting next to him, had been looking at his friend for some time now and he narrowed his eyes when he saw him scanning the pfp. "You're acting like a stalker, please stop"

Sunghoon placed his phone right in front of Sunoo's face. "Sunoo-yah! What does this mean?"

"She took a nice picture and decided to make it her profile picture?"

The dark haired guy scoffed, "that's not what I asked."

"You are acting insane, hyung. Ask her about it later and end your pain, simple."

Sunghoon thought to himself how nice it must be to be able to put your emotions into words like that. It was something he really liked about Sunoo, the never being afraid to express what he was feeling.

The car ride went by too fast, faster than Sunghoon wanted it to be, and in a blink of an eye, he was sitting on a sofa at the hotel's lobby waiting for his best friend.

Jake and Ni-ki were gossiping but he wasn't interested in it despite usually loving the chitchat. His mind was preoccupied in building up the confidence to ask Misuk about what he heard and that was tough for a guy like him.

Sunghoon was the textbook definition of a shy person. He couldn't stop himself from overthinking of what can or would go wrong, even if she was probably the only person in the world that truly knew him apart from his family and his group members.

"Hoon!" someone screamed and he snapped out of his trance. "Are you dead?"

When he looked up and saw Misuk, his whole demeanor changed. He went from a very serious, sober expression to a face full of softness. Everyone but Misuk noticed the sudden shift.

"Where are the others?" Haneul asked. She was surprised to see only three of them considering how the seven of them normally went out to eat together.

"Oh, they were too tired" Jake answered while cheekily smiling at her, something Sunghoon noticed.

That's what the whole gossiping was about.

Ni-ki hurries the group to head out as he was getting hungrier and hungrier by the second. His sister recommended him a restaurant before the trip since she knew it was only a few blocks away from where they were staying so he picked that as the place to go.

As normally, Sunghoon and Misuk separate from the rest as they loved admiring what everyone did in from of them. Also, they always had something to talk about. Somehow that wasn't the case right now.

Misuk was walking slower than him, staring at her phone and giggling at the texts she was receiving. That was driving him insane.

"Who are you talking to?"

Not a good question.

She looked at him, locking her phone. "No one important. Are you ready to get drunk tonight or what?"

Oh, he wanted that more than anyone alive.
