"So basically, this is what happened yesterday." Woo-jin spoke, leaning forward in his lap, arms resting against his thighs. "Yang Jae-myeong had already robbed that homeless man of his ID, but he had forgotten, and he tried to con him again, which ended up in a fight." Geon-woo nodded along.

"But, just how much money do Jae-myeong's guys borrow with one stolen ID?" He asked.

Hyeon-ju sucked her teeth, thinking for a second. "About fifty million won per fake account."

Ha-na gasped, covering her mouth. "Holy shit."

"That's five hundred million for ten IDs. Jesus, how long have they been doing this?" Woo-jin interrogated, surprised.

"I think at least for half a year." Hyeon-ju grimaced.

"God, they must have made a small fortune." Ha-na sighed, fidgeting her fingers against her bottom lip.

"But those loan sharks that they conned, did they just sit back and do nothing?" Woo-jin asked.

"If they call the cops, they'll be investigated. So that's not an option for them. My take is they're trying to recover the money on their own but can't." Hyeon-ju huffed. "This is my plan. Find the private loan sharks that Yang Jae-myeong conned, and then we recover the money he stole for a commission."

Ha-na nodded her head. "With a one percent commission, we would get three billion won."

Hyeon-ju grinned, shaking her head back at her. "We should at least charge two."

Woo-jin smiled, raising his hand up to Hyeon-ju for a high five, which she quickly denied, curling her lip up at him, causing him to sulk.

"But, if loan sharks get conned, wouldn't that make things worse for the people who got loans from them? They might end up torturing their clients in order to get their money back. I think small business owners are the ones that will suffer the most." Geon-woo interrupted, looking worried.

Ha-na frowned, he was right about that. She knew exactly what he was thinking about. His mother. The night they were still recovering from.

All four of them thought for a minute, knowing it was probably going to be a lose-lose for someone any which way they went.

"Shit-" Hyeon-ju muttered as she quickly got up from her seat, taking a few steps closer to the security monitors, causing the other three to look in confusion. They all went wide eyed, standing up next to Hyeon-ju as they noticed the two men barreling through the halls, getting closer and closer to the bookstore.

"How did they find us?" Hyeon-ju cried out, the room now shifting to panic. "I don't know-" Woo-jin mumbled, Hyeon-ju quickly pushing past him and pressing the button that brings the shutters in front of the store down. "Go turn off the lights and the sign outside, now!" Hyeon-ju demanded, causing Ha-an to react immediately. She ran as fast as she could, flicking the two switches off in an instant, running back towards the security monitors.
